🌟🌟 Social 🌟🌟 Gibberings ver. CCXIX - "what's new, c*nty chops?"

yea green tea requires attention, otherwise one could as well just throw it away
It got me high few occasion s. A weird floathy one i cant contribute to the Caffeine alone. Made with lot s of Gunpowder and soaked any alkaloid from. That would def have me .

Stomach hurl. English breakfast loose leave in my cupboard seems softer.

oh yeah, maybe important piece; it is the nausea, nothing else, that requires mindful approach. I am not shitting myself for the stuff, at least not regularly. I have puked more than once for black tea on hangover.

It's okay to admit you dont know anything about food science or chemistry.

Enjoy your crumbly, dry tastesless meat.

Melton, S.L., Amiri, M., Davis, G.W. and Backus, W.R., 1982. Flavor and chemical characteristics of ground beef from grass-, forage-grain-and grain-finished steers. Journal of Animal Science, 55(1), pp.77-87.

If you don't understand what the conclusion is chat gpt can assist you 😉💋💜
Enjoy your modified meat, beef sold in supermarkets now comes with added potato starch, along with water, salt, potato fibre, and similar additives.

As a way to bulk up the product, retain moisture, increase weight (and thus profit margins), and improve slicing/texture, while the beef content is listed as around 89–90%.

I thought that it was only the British, perhaps especially the English, that were known for their tea drinking, for the inexplicable comfort it can provide.

My stomach is fine with black tea, but green tea is aggravating, and even worse Matcha, and worst of all proper Oriental Green teas really seem to aggravate my stomach, or make me feel as if I must eat something to stop that uncomfortable sensation.

It seems to me that the Japanese style green teas are so extremely different that it's going to be very difficult to acquire the taste for those.

Coffee also badly aggravates my stomach. I usually avoid it, as that beverage does not agree with me in general. It makes me stressed out, extremely impatient, plus also very tired. Plus I hate coffee breath.
Are you sensitive to caffeine? That may be your issue.

Another day more tea.

also been drinking organic clipper lemon balm, chamomile and lavender.. tastes nice and is chilling placebo or not..

I’ve woken up with a bit of a disdain for reality but tea, joint and maybe a nice walk in the canal could cheer me up, else Ive always got the choice to fall in

I guess I could be, or at least my GI system could be sensitive to it, in various different caffeinated hot drinks..Definitely some a lot more than others.

I think Japanese green tea has been the worst so far, it tastes kind of like a slimy sea weed. But it is meant to be extremely healthy apparently.

Unfortunately I'm not sensitive to the 'tiredness blocking' effect that caffeine is supposed to induce. That never works for me any more.

But I like black tea after kratom yogurts, the 2 things go very well back to back, and the black tea seems to enhance, potentiate, and synergise with the kratom quite nicely. It helps it kick in.

My GI system does like that combo!

If you want a little boost in the morning, have you tried Modafinil ?

Was tempted to try any of the variants but not tried it yet. Maybe if keep studying (been getting a PT certification but that’s been on easy mode as I’ve self studied that for years)

I do have a draw full of methylphenidate but it effects my personality a bit..

Yeah I like methylphenidate. It's decent stuff.

I think I'd put adrafinal somewhere between caffeine and ephedrine. Less physical though.

That’s more what I need, I’m physically stimulated naturally anyway lol, so curious to see if having my mind stimulated works better.

Methylphenidate is very good to start with, but tolerance changes the effects, makes it more physically stimulating..

So I usually hop on and off as I have a prescription but I’ve taken a extended break this time as was fed up this time..

Modafinil fairly easy picked up on clear net (adrafinil is the pro drug but I'm sure you knew that).

Might be worth a shot. I think it's fairly benign stuff.

My usual cleaner vender out of methylphenidate now which is a shame. Maybe have to resort to something stronger in the meantime.

I just can't decide on methylphendiate at all.

I think due to my coke history it slightly pushes those buttons given its relative similarity but I find it unsatisfying. 30mg oral with a couple of beers and a spliff can be a pleasant enough 2 or 3 of hours though, but my mind turns towards snorting ungodly amouts pretty quickly which just isn't on my agenda.

If I want extra focus and productivity then 5-10mg ir dex is the way forward for me and, oddly again given my history, I don't find dex compulsive. Phew.

I can’t comment from experience but Dex is more functional in a sense of its long half life.

I’m a big fan of Methylphenidates on paper MOA but its redosing issues is from that short half life.

I think Dex as a bit dirter but its smooth in the way of a long duration and therefore one 5mg-10mg tablet is ideal.

Honestly due to Methylphenidayes tolerance and short half life it means diminishing returns quicker from all day dosing.

I was taking 90mg Concerta then 10mg IR 8 hours later.. which in retrospect is a lot lol… most of the time you only need that one time boost but I was bolted for 12 hours or so of the day, then sleeping for 12 hours.. wonder why I was so depressed lol

Tbh I'm just looking for an effective stimulant to help me when I'm tired. I'm not after a buzz just a bit of physical and mental energy without consuming anything toxic. That's not a lot to ask for now is it?

So methylphenidate seems to fit the bill.

Open to any other suggestions though...

As a smooth, non jittery stimulant, today's kratom works very well imo / ime. Helps smooth out elvanse or methylphenidate comedowns, or even adds to them whilst they are still fully active.

I use the red strains as they are relaxing as well as mentally and physically energising. No one wants to be wired and anxious.

I always chase it down with a mug of tea, which helps it kick in.

I've just started experimenting with adding small amounts of Matcha to my kratom yogurts, and that certainly seems to work too!

Had some isolated Mitragyene in December it was shit hot tbf. Really smooth mood lift and therefore the mood lift lends to lots of energy without it being forced.

Imo (but this is someone with severe mental illness) Opioids are better than stimulants for stimulating EXCEPT.. you can’t take them that often.. I could drop weeks of methylphenidate use with only a few days of binge eating as the worse versus Kratom or Codeine, it would be insomnia and the restless legs of hell (don’t wanna find out!)

Mitra wins for being a partial agonist but for me it’s all about half life and sustainability,

I can take codeine and it be out of my system in 15 hours for instance I believe if my calculations are are correct…

Looks like Mitra HF ranges between 7-24 hours.. which isn’t that great unfortunately.. if I wasn’t careful (never been physically dependent and never want to!)

On paper I’d have to say yeah Methylphenidate is the safest and cleanest.. anything else is a bit too weak (caffeine) or too peripheral (ephedrine etc) and like you say the Fanils are mental..

I really wish I could get Isopropylphenidate. Some people say it’s too mild but that’d fit the bill. I’m already amped up all the time, and initially anything with decent Norepinephrine activity is smooth, the second I get tolerance it’s when the dopamine doesn’t compete with the noradrenaline anymore and the stimulant goes from lifting to jittery.

Caffeine is smoother for longer than Methylphenidate for chronic use but still becomes jittery and becomes less useful than methylphenidate with tolerance.

But again I’m just kind of winging it atm anyway.. I somehow get my scrambled brain to do what it needs to…
