people selling second hand bikes sometimes have trouble telling correct dimensions for frames. I kinda get it, but this one dude stated size: S/50 for merida silex 400. Then I go to look for geo charts and there is only XS, SM, M and L. Only one having anything in 50 cm is M-size frame with its seat tube.

I would start with 75 mg, wait 90 minutes and dose 30-50 mgs every 60-90 minutes if needs to be. If you have lot of food on your stomach, reaching peak can take even three hours so it is bit tricky to get it right.

The first time I had those I HATED them, I had a Visual effect of a face on the TV where the mouth had turned into a hole torn in a Pancake, I fell over several times & missed when taking a piss so I soaked my Jeans.

The next time I had some I really fell in love with them, it was an experience that was how it should be & I began to understand why people take them.

A few months ago I was really sick (Dope Sick aka Opiate Withdrawl) & a Kind person sent me a good few grams of Pre-gab which helped so much with the Opiate sickness, it stopped the leg twitch stuff & I actually got sleep too of a good 7-8 hours & as you know to sleep when coming off Heroin is a very rare thing, Pre-gab when used in opiate withdrawl is near equal to the pre ban MXE!!!!!

The only downside I can see with short-term use of Pre-gab is the way you eat, I have digested 400 grams of cheese, I literally cut off blocks of cheese & ate it like Cookie Monster does to the Cookies on Sesame Street, I have also eaten in a single night 500 grams of Pasta covered in HP Sauce, nothing else with it just the Pasta in a bowl covered in HP Brown Sauce, I didn't even feel guilty over the Diet Crime I had commited!!!!!

My God the Sun is making itself known this afternoon & about time too.
I am sure this Summer will be a el scorcho for sure.

The North Atlantic Drift should bring all the HOT weather up from Morroco & North Africa onto the South of the UK & give us a few months of long days when the Sun rises before 5AM & goes down around 10PM, those nights where you have to keep the windows open & you go to sleep with no sheets to cover you on the bed, the only downside is the bed matress keeps the heat in & it can get very nasty for a few days trying to get to sleep, you know it has been a hot day when you go to bed with all the windows open & you are only wearing very light cotton boxer shorts in bed.

One of the best songs to be recorded IMHO, his first album is a Pure Classic & is one of the albums I have chased down several times after I have had my copy stolen etc. Alongside Leftfield - Rhythm and Stealth it's the soundtrack to the late 1990's / Early 2000's, I have great memories just before I got into Heroin & was working as a Security Guard looking after the old Social Security building in Dudley, I would get loaded on 4-5 dry grams of Psilocybe semilanceata then go sit on the roof of the building on the night shift (6PM - 6AM) & watch the Sun go down etc, the Summer was Hot back then & as trhe evening would roll in the sky would go Orange / Purple & the wind would blow just a little bit which was enough to take the Heat out of the day, light a nice Spliff & stick on some Old Dub Reggae from Jamacia in a King Tubby / Prince Jammy style & watch the hours melt away & I would be the most happy person in the whole West Midlands.

This was the building I used to look after on the night shift, 4 days on then 2 off on a rolling shift pattern, those trips were such an amazing experience & were fundamental in my views I still hold about how important tripping is for a human to understand Life.

Imagine sitting on the roof of this place with a Coffee, bag of Hydroponic Weed you knew 100% where it came from & how it had been grown (cough cough ;) & having a deeply Profound trip, yeah Life was good for a while back then.

When I got into them I had no idea about the Diet issue with them, I noticed how hungry I was which was equal to the kind of hunger you get from smoking very potent Hash. I had a good hunt through the kitchen but being an Opiate addict shopping is kept to a minimum as it's less cash that can be used to buy Heroin ( Sad but true)
The only stuff was some Wasabi paste, Pasta, HP Sauce & cheese, I didn't trust myself with any form of Heat as I have burned several things before when high on Disso RC's, I nearly burned my flat down when on a stupidly high dose of Ketamine & the Pizza was actually on fire when I was pulled out of the hole via the fire alarm going off & the kitchen was in a black cloud of Carbon smoke from the Pizza, it had actual flames coming off it & I shit myself in fear of burning the yard down.
Anyway I picked the safe option in terms of feeding the hunger, it was the next day I looked on here (BL Forum) to see if Gabapentin & Pre-Gab had any history of making people hungry, after a few mins search on here & Google I learned it's a well known effect from taking them, also your teeth falling out is another side effect!!!!!!!

Imagine trying to eat a really well cooked Fray Bentos with only a few teeth, that would be a Viral Tiktok video & may start a trend with the Youth, it's sure better for your health than the trend of eating the Tide Pods, I wish I was joking here btw but it was a Proper Online Trend, how people could stick a Tide Pod in their mouth & digest it is beyond me, the taste alone must be horrific let alone the medical effect!!!
