No I'm not, although NYE house parties are probably a much better bet than going 'out on the town' and having to pay stupid prices just to get into pubs etc, and then not be able to get any transport home aftwerwards, as there aren't any busses, trains, or taxis running :ROFLMAO:

If there was such a thing as a New Years Eve Grinch, then I defintely would be one of them.

I remember enjoying some good friends and family type new years parties at my Grans as a youngun, I still remember the great atmosphere there was on those occasions.

Sorry to derail the threads discussion, especially considering that I have nothing of value to add but even if I actually wanted to contribute I have found it more difficult to engage over the last couple of months than ever, despite monitoring EADD on a daily basis for the first time in years. Of course, this is a result of my neurotic ass being even more insecure than the real members have had to suffer over the past 7 years, as my concern regarding Fubars time out has been paramount. Seeing your (foobz) recent posts is the closest thing to good news a nonentity such as myself deserves and with FChanges and OM still awol its too easy for me to catastrophise these issues.

You have value mate, you're cared about. A few years ago when you were contributing more I honestly thought you were one of the best / most helpful and empathic posters on the whole site - and if you knew me you'd know that I'm defo not one to dish out insincere complimets, just telling it as I see it mate

As it's only 20 mins or so I'll do exactly that in a couple hours when I've finished this damn work, looking forward to it

0.5g blunt of Black Runtz and a great cuppa. However, you can keep ya PG Tips man. I mean it's not too bad, but thesedays it's strictly all about Yorkshire Gold or Thompson's Irish Breakfast for me when it comes to tea.

And on NYE I went past a house which had a huge Pirate flag flying in the garden, a fence made of human femur bones, the smell of someone making MDA in a kitchen lab in the air, a van with a sign saying "I'll kill your fucking Rats with my bare hands" and this was booming out at 100,000,000 watts.

I can't believe that Eric Burdon was only 16 when this was recorded. Puts all modern 'singers' to shame.

I inherited the original single from my older brother, that's how I know it.

And yeh, without Peter Green, it wasn't Fleetwood Mac, simply a bunch of egotistical, coked up stadium whores banging out mindless AOR.
