I'm looking at cheap one bedroom flats now that my dad can buy and then have me rent from him, most of the ones £50k and under are all retirement places though for over 60s only or half buy half rent. I'd be happy with a bedsit that I could rent, can't find any bedsits for sale though on the sites I'm looking at.
 
Wouldn't you outgrow a bedsit in a couple of years? I'd go for a one bedroom if you(r dad) can afford it. I've lived in both and the one bedroom feels so much more like a "proper" home.
 
I thought that was shite, sounded right up my street and the first few reviews from mates were that it was ace but i thought the story sucked, lemme know what you 2s thought of it in the film thread! Actually speaking of films im bored as, might watch taken 2 i loved the first one

Yeah, can't find any bedsits at all anyway, cheapest 1 bed flat I found was for £60k

there is nothing on that website for £70k and I don't think my dad will go for one of these half buys, there is a quarter buy one in Portsmouth for £30,000 that actually looks really nice but it's only 25% of the place.
