Hello Ms Effie, nice to see you around.
Get stuck into that mould.
Get stuck into that mould.
Morning snollsGood luck! All about the writin' whiskey, channel your inner HST :D
Determined to be more productive today. Let the battle with the bedroom-mould commence. Also decided now is the time to get back in touch with a load of people I've lost contact with over the past few months and attempt to catch up with my PMs. This could take a while..
I need a new debit card too, mine has an alarmingly enlarging crack in it. Probably from crushing shit up, I don't usually use it for that but desperate times..
edit: morning SHM![]()
ahhh ... safety. and feeling safe. ... it's a chestnut and a half. feeling safe doesn't equate to being safer. It's the exact misnomer that all our political structures are based around tho.
Ahh Snolly glad I'm not the only one, got 1,500 words to write by tomorrow, plus got to edit down 800 off a report that I got a little carried away on.. The plan is to get started in 20 mins, not go on BL for at least a few hours..! if I still have lots to do by the evening then will just HAVE to pop a dex and power on til morning![]()

Alex Jones. He's great. I have a lotta time for Oor Alex. Which is not the same thing as saying I necessarily subscribe to his views on everything. Or even much of anything. He does have journalistic integrity (a rare thing amongst most journalists it seems these days
) and puts in some serious research on his topics which is to be admired in an age when skimming a wiki page or two counts as research for half the stories we read. I don't tend to agree with how he interprets all that information he turns up but appreciate the fact that such information gets turned up at all really. Just a shame he has a tendency to go (far) right off at the deep-end to ridiculous levels on certain issues - gun control being one of 'em. He's not very fond of Britain either. Don't think he's forgiven us for those lil tax hikes on the colonies yet :Dsammy g said:etymologists

Hehe - I guess that's twice as bad 8)The whinging & whining is fine man. It's allowed. Stop whinging & whining about whinging & whining though!
Also, why am I defending both Piers Morgan & the English in general? 8( They'll revoke my Tennent's Super license if I keep this up.

I don't have much time for patriotism in general but I get that he believes wholeheartedly in the US Constitution
Glad yer irie aside knobcentre woes. Not too bad. Having mild Job Centre woes myself. They claim that they'll reinstate ESA while dealing with an appeal, apparently this will be reinstated as soon as they start processing the appeal, of course they don't give anything resembling a timescale on this so I have no idea whether it takes them 6 weeks or 6 years to start processing the appeal. I also don't believe for a second that they'll automatically reinstate my ESA payments without me having to harass them about it.
Cunts, eh?

Stellar post. Good to wake up to.![]()
