I feel the need for an EADD pictures of your shed / garage / workshop / greenhouse thread, I rarely work on cars these days, even less so since i got rid of the Tank Rover.

But if you can't run a ludicrously modified 50 year old shopping scooter without supporting an continuous process of repair / maintenance and of course fettling today I'm trying a number 30 carburetor slide, I'd been unknowingly running a 40 .....I know ..I know how could I have been so stupid ;)

morning :) little hung over but having a wee quack quack to sort that out, it looks lovely outside and I can see this being a day of getting my little seedlings planted up the only ones that have not decided to grow are my chillies :( everything else is going well especially the pumpkins looking forward to them being all big and lovely.

Sadie I use BBM for android version I can call with it and send messages I don't know if thats any help.

Felix mental health nurses are lethal weapons, just not paid enough. They are ninjas man.

I am so glad others have posted they have never eaten pop tarts either :D

Alas I cannot. I need to start getting ready for work in an hour and due to no phone, no alarm clock so I'm sat here red eyed looking like death m'darlin. Oh well. Might do my body clock some good.

Awwwww You're so lovely <3 Sadly I have phones. All locked to companies that aren't my current provider. Shame too because I'm paying for unlimited calls, unlimited texts and data usage I come no where near to using. Wifi ftw!

Stealing can be quite effective in such circumstances, but clear I would not be discussing such activity or actively encouraging others to engage in criminal activities; ;)
 
you can usually get the phone unlocked by calling the provider and getting the code for it, just takes a few days sometimes to get it.

There's a place by us called RadioShack. They basically said the same thing as you've said, even with Apple, which shocked me as Apple are usually funny n won't let anyone else but them sort their products.

unlocking a phone from the provider is different from unlocked a phones pin lock / sim lock, the latter is what phone theives want to do, the former is just if you want to change provider, and as far as I know the phone provider has to give you the unlock code.

sometimes there are ways to unlock them without involving the provider, either by paying for an unlock app or inputting a universal code specific to that particular model of handset.
 
I remember when i had a jailbroke iphone 3gs (thats what they called it anyway) I was in my element but really it was a loada rubbish. I couldn't update it so it ended up really slow. I suppose these things are great if you know what you're doing which me mate, Dan did (different Dan) but if you're like me n don't it's rubbish because I couldn't re-jailbreak.

Since then I've bought my iPhone n not had anyone meddle with it. I only had it done with 2 reasons. One, the font on the version didn't allow font increase / multi-touch, which I needed n two, it was o2 n I was on T-Mobile (now EE).

So my iPhone 5 was unlocked from Apple, unfortunately my iPhone 5c isn't as I couldn't £600 for a new iPhone 32gig.
