FG, she's talking good sense.. there's also the PDSA which will help similarly. It would be worth giving one of them a call. But I agree with kingme, the cranberry juice thing only really helps because it usually involves drinking more fluids, but I can't imagine you can force a cat to drink. Hope Charlie is okay.FG did you phone the cats protection???? They helped me out having my cats the op no longer to have kittens. They may be able to help. Its what they're there for.

sisters cat has the same but you can get the vet drugs online insanely cheaper. You want cistaide or something similar. Will PM you if I get chance FG, been meaning to pm about charlie for ages. the suplement is basically glucosomine it. sisters cats had it bad for well over a year but its gone now. and an adjustment of diet but id avoid the vet prescribed one for urinary tract, its like 30quid for a kilo or summat
a years supply of the cystaide (dunno how the fuck to spell it) works out at about 40 for the year, and you just sprinkle it on the food ... he had really bad crystal formation all the time which was stopping him peeing, hence the infections
Need sleep desperately ... back later
nite all
(and you again, much love. 'nite)
(and you, again. Much love)
it barely helps humans, and you need kind of big doses of the main ingredient for it to work at all... personally i dont think it s worth the hassle. better do what marmalade said
morning!

Ah yes PDSA I forgot about that. I had that for awhile. You have to register six-monthly but you must find a vets who do it cause they don't all do it. I'd try cats protection. You may need a specific number off the vets though cause usually the vouchers go through to them if i remember rightly.
So, thinking on it, contact your vet n ask they if you do pdsa. If not you may need a vet that does it - or ask them about help from cats protection.
