Shambles was lovely as expected, as was everyone else. No one registered on the freaky-o-meter, I don't think.

Really fucked myself. Managed to compulsively re-dose about 4g of mepth with booze over the weekend and am now a shaking shivering wreck stuck to my own bed sheets with sweat..how delightful. At least lucid enough to post now. Not sure what plane I have been on these last few days but have had weirest dreams and my kidney/liver..fucked.

This harm reduction broadcast is brought to you from someone who never fucking learns :!
 
Hiya info, don't be hard on yourself we all mess up. Look at how many times I say I'm giving up booze lol. Have you tried drinking water or maybe a cool bath. The heat can't be helping.

Apart from this , I hope you're doing well. You n I seem to miss each other on the forums so I've not had much chance to talk with you. Was ace to hear you, Dan, Shamz n swampy met up. Bet was wicked.

Water and coco pops seem to have assited slightly in recovery.

Also 4 windows open with possible holidays one click away-Goa, St lucia, mauritius or South Africa...decisions, decisions..or fuck it maybe a week in the priory :sus:
 
^ Bananas are great for recovery.

Mauritius is very nice... spent a couple of weeks at a rather nice resort there when I was like 9.
 
Hmm last time I looked it's what 2-5k for a week in the Priory..I suspect I could probs get 3 weeks in Goa for that so you have a point Owen.

I need a holiday..very badly. Hmmm always wanted to go to Rio for N.Y.E for those fireworks..

Sod the Priory...a little minfullness and self control and a cheap hol will do me..:\
