Essentially, Bananas are a good source of potassium. Plus a few carbs after a stimulant binge in generally a good plan. I dunno, I just like them. :D

I usually buy them a little green so that they are just turning yellow as I want them. I do rather hate mushy, sweet bananas. 8(
 
I used to hate them till I realised they're barely edible until they're nearly on the turn. Love them now, but it's a delicate art. No one wants swathes of brown mushines (unless you're making banana and walnut bread - god I could go for some of that now, trowelled with inches of butter <3)
 
I love bananas, they're nice on their own but somehow I usually end up having to use up going off ones when I move between my two houses so I often end up making banana loaf or milkshakes or something. And I never get bad comedowns despite consistently overdoing it with drugs so maybe that's the secret?

Does make me retch. Am very funny about textures of food. Mushrooms have the same effect on me (even 'those' mushrooms). Do like the taste though so they'd be an ingredient rather than the main course for me.

Also a good source of tryptophan and tyrosine so good for serotonin production. I seem to recall that the greeny-tinged ones are better for you, once they turn sweet and mushy a lot of the goodness has turned into simple sugars.
 
16C and pissing down, been like this for weeks.

Tea, diclazepam and Bali kratom make it bearable.

Plus I finally managed to finish a season on FIFA, their bloody servers kept on disconnecting me.

As for hotness, just been to shop and even though it's cooler than earlier the cats are still choosing to sleep in the shade which is a surefire sign of being bloody hot.
 
Yea used to love watching wresting when stone cold n the rock was on it. Used to love Austin 316 saying DTA don't trust anybody. My brother has a lot of Raw recordings on VHS.

Stopped watching it when I moved because I'm not buying the sports channels just for watching wrestling. But used to be exciting cause was unpredictable especially when Stephanie dumped her father, Vince, for Triple H.

He's the only other EADDer I know of who ever mentions being a fan - specifically of yer man 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin. Match made in heaven see =D

Sadly I have no cat(s) but there are cats in the vicinity and they are all sleeping in the shade. Folk here think I'm odd enough already without me trying to sex random cats on the street so will presume that both sexes are represented.

It's cooler outside than it is in here now, only 20 degrees out and there's a breeze. Apparently a bit further up north than I am it's around 30 degrees, or was a few hours back. Killing time doing some reading and watching shite TV til the missus comes home and I can drink the beer I bought her.
 
Almost 3 days without any alcohol done. It is going better than expected, but is still hard as hell, but forward, forward!!!! =D
