I dont have anything very exciting left any more, if you'd caught me 1-5 years ago i might have. I dont even think i have anything more than former legal highs or currently uncontrolled substances right now.

Apart from just under jalf an ounce of weed and a couple of strips of shonky hard-on pills that some dealer used to insist on throwing in for free, I'm also not-very-arrestable these days.

How fucking dull is that?

Fucking hell was holing on MXP while Arsenal were getting trashed. Screen was floating everywhere. Now I've done a couple of etiz and diclaz to sober me up before I drive to the swimming pool

Finally got the referral to outpatient rehab for benzo problem. Thought it'd take fucking forever and the walk-in don't deal with legal drugs apparently. Dunno exactly how it works, never done this kind of thing before. Assume they'll work on a plan with my GP and have me assigned a counsellor or something? Been just a complete mess for the past week or so over it but feel sort of like can see the light at the end of the tunnel now. (the good kind).

Thanks to the people who've helped out <3

I know this is a bit out of nowhere, just happy I'm getting things sorted and hope it works out.

Snap! My little one has just lost her two front teeth bless her and she's developed a lisp because of it. Two pound in a week from the tooth fairy, she thinks she's rich LOL.

Yeah it is an interesting little story isn't it. Do you have faith or believe in that stuff? I have been chased by a demon while on mushies once, SHM might remember me mentioning it but I put it down to being influenced by words from my cousin who said he saw a demon then my drug addled mind did the rest. Still, interesting to read. Hope he doesn't do anything silly due to his beliefs.

Had a lovely afternoon went out to a park with little one in tow, we loved it despite having a bitter sting in the wind. Lovely afternoon. Now got a few beers on the go thanks to a mistake by Asda who refunded me for some clothing I'm wearing now. Have a great Saturday everyone. <3

Thanks <3 Apparently my GP doesn't either which is why I've been in such a state thinking I'm gonna end up going cold turkey like last time but it seems the place I'm going to will figure out a medication taper plan and have him deal with it, and they'll deal with the counselling side. Bit nervous but all self inflicted so can't complain too much.
