I never understood the stretches of roads on the motorway with the "Average Speed Checks" of 50mph, how is that ment to save time?
What makes you think it's meant to save time? It's not. It's meant to stop you being able to watch out for cameras and get down to the limit before you pass them, and speeding up again once you're over the lines on the road. It's enforcement. The devil's work. Very effective. Normally in use at roadworks.
I have never been ticketed by average speed cameras because they tend to be used where it's actually quite reasonable to slow down. Cunts in vans on the other hand are out meeting targets and raking in fines.

, I am sure though even then you can speed up and slow down for them yellow cameras if reaaaaly wanted to.

Done that before but with a styrofoam base whilst very drunk, ended up eating half of it before I realised it was melted onto the pizza and spent the next few hours obsessively googling 'will eating styrofoam kill me?'.
