Another gloriously sunny day here today (no great surprise really) and I think a lazy one is on the cards. Going to have an easy one though as I felt pretty dire yesterday, I'm going to blame these 2lt bottles of vodka as I knew they were a bad idea.

About 150mg would probably be a solid first time dose. You may end up wanting more if you have stim tolerance though, it doesn't really get overwhelming in the way high doses of most entactogens can.

I'd agree on 150mg or so to test the waters with 4-FA. You may find it a little underwhelming at that level but somewhere in the 150-200mg range seems to be about right for most folk folk. One of my faves is 4-FA - enjoy!

Hope everyone is feeling swell. I have managed to sort myself out a friendly dealer for my evening smoke and he's quite pretty. It makes moving out of the lovely warm house easier I don't know about you guys but I am defintely noticing how dark it is now!
