I like reading about it. But reading about stuff I haven't tried leads to curiousity, and reading about stuff I have done leads to cravings lol. (Not always, but you get the idea.)
I mean I love reading about the way drugs work, the NT's they affect, which enzymes are involved and all that stuff. I also love reading different experiences from different people, mostly on psychedelics as their effects can be very subjective.
But it's not as much "fun" as taking a drug with friends. I read so much about it because I like to know the chemistry, and the way it will affect me and my body before I ingest it. I can't enjoy a drug (well, i can but not to the fullest, esp. if it's an RC I haven't heard about or a drug with a bad rep.) if I don't understand its mechanism of action. When I know what I'm taking and how it will/can affect me, I'm alot less "worried" about taking it. (worried isn't the right word, not knowing what to expect can be fun, but knowing more-or-less without having actually experienced it is alot more fun ime.)
