You need to weigh it and then take an appropriate dose by weight. 1.5-2g is a good starting dose, and then redose small amounts (0.5g) no more than once every 30 minutes to see what suits you.
For me it was only when I used it to sleep on a frequent basis I got WD. Full on 24/7 dosing is where it gets really hairy. Not that it's good to use anything daily if you can avoid it, of course, but it's slipping into 24/7 dosing that's the real problem. Specifically, for me at least, when I used KO doses to get to sleep at night..
I'm not sure what it is really, dunno if I'm being impatient with the pills, they're a 4 week course. Got tests at doc tomorrow.
