I'd been using DHC for too many days in a row and hadn't been for a shit for 6 days, then I plugged some GBL, at purposely less diluted concentration and shat my guts out yay for G

EDIT:

I didn't see people had replied to my post. Thanks everyone the popping persists but I've been without a dose for a little while now. I'm planning on tapering then detoxing. I had a panic attack in work earlier today and was in a right state but luckily it was near the end of the day and I could go home. I had the shakes so bad that I was unable to type, the realisation of this made it worse, this is pretty bad when you consider I do data entry. I'm pretty sure my colleagues saw me but didn't say anything.

Rough stuff. Time to withdrawl.
