Galenika Benzodiazepines need sending to an independent lab. To find out how much product they actually contain. Please Help

OP

Bioequivalence is more tightly monitered that actual dose which as you note has to be within 10%; apart from CDs, but that's a different story.

Benzos are hell. You end up living by the clock... which you will discover in your own time.

Lifeline suggested that given the extreme half-lives and active metabolites of diazepam, for example, once a week was likely still slowly but surely increasing that plasma level.

It can be detected in urine samples for up to 19 days.

Please avoid all of the nitrobenzodiazepines. If the clonazepam is for epilepsy, may I suggest clobazam? It's a unique 1,5-benzodiazepine with only partial cross tolerance to clonazepam and is safer. I have posted the twin acute and chronic toxicicity modes all pharmacutical nitrobenzodiazepines share. The longer half-life of clobazam means [BID] rather than [TID] so is also more convenient for you. But mixing them with any of the 1,4-benzodiazepines is a bit dicey, so be prepared to be faced with choosing one or 'tother. I suggest clobazam the better but as we say, YMMV.

You seem like a sensible person and I think we all value your efforts so on behalf of all BLers, Stay safe - there is only one of YOU.

Why avoid all nitrobenzodiazepines if they are not in excessive dosages? I remember they are the only benzo you can OD on (almost nitrazepam exclusively) but as at scripted doses what is there to worry about with clonazepam?

I mean look at the LD50 on clonazepam -- and I know mice are different than humans but it is LD50 14,200 mg/kg (rat) -- in dogs ( I believe im going off what I recall you teaching me ) it was substantially lower ......

I don't think anyone has ever overdosed on clonazepam alone, a single case study?

Now let me be clear if you mix with alcohol or other CNS depressants you can get very dead, same with non-nitro benzos.

You have probably deduced this -- but I take klonopin and would like to know if there is any real risk involved, if so I have failed to understand what it is thusfar

haha give me a reason to pitch an equipotent amount of valium or temazepam to the doc -- I would not mind that

I gotta offer an alternative opinion here and say if you medically need benzos they are a blessing, you certainly can find yourself living by the clock if you start recreational use. I do not feel like I am living by the clock with benzos at all.

without them on the otherhand I am counting the hours pass laying in bed awake. that is a worse version of living by the clock imo --- perhaps an extreme example

Alcohol and clonazepam should never be mixed ,like you say they are both depressants ,I would think anyone reading this thread or anyone browsing bluelight would be aware of that
It would be interesting to know the actual confirmed fatalities where only those 2 Substances were involved
I've been extremely lucky and extremely stupid both at the same time regarding that particular combination. I won't say how much of both I have consumed on a regular basis but it's a huge amount

I will say this when I was prescribed clonazepam at 17 I directly asked how much it would take to overdose (as I thought that would be a "good patient question" -- I was 17 shutup)

The answer the gave, after a solid chuckle was "Probably however much it would take to choke to death" --- Than mentioned any alcohol or other CNS depressants it is a very different story.
**That is definitely not the reason I think it is basically OD proof, doctors are not knowledgeable always***

The many people I have known that tried to off themselves with benzos and woke up 12 to 36 hours later is pretty strong evidence though.

One psycho tried to go out on clonazolam powder and failed -- granted they did get to a hospital with the info of what they consumed provided.... Pretty sure that one woulda went without intervention.

From my understanding there is usually an opiate/oid involved --- but that could just be good PR from big alcohol, I would be interested in the #'s as well.

Yeh without any figures for either combos opiates and benzos are a lethal mix
Everyone is different, my tolerance for benzos was through the roof and I mixed alcohol and clonazepam every night
On weekends quite often a bottle of malt whisky plus a few beers
I guess I've just been very lucky 🤔

I have been pretty fortunate in those regards too. Not a big drinker -- but benzos and opis definitely count.

I am guessing it is a little less luck and a little more knowing how your body reacts specifically and not pushing those boundaries

my tolerance was idk unheard of through the roof and I had to be real careful about adding a benadryl even --- now it is literally like less than 1% of what it use to be; so a drink now and than keeps the PAWs and urge to "Use benzos recreationally" which just takes too much to do on a script imo -- at least if you dependent to said scrpt.

I had something similar happen. I got blister packs of lor@zepam that said they were from pfizer. Looked as legit as can be. The only thing is that they were pretty damn small and weren't scored even at 2mg. I was taking just one at a time for a few days and thought to myself that they did fuck all. So, I took 3 of them on a day off - that's 6mg with a low benzo tolerance. I couldn't put a finger on any effects. I know lor@zepam is like di@zepam where it just kind of sits in the background and kills anxiety. But to have no noticeable effects at 6mg was enough for me to say they're bunk. What I do now if I order a b3nz0 from a new vendor is to get @lprazolam bc it has a distinct taste that no b3nzo lover will ever forget. That way, you can actually taste the active ingredient and can be your own drug tester (I know that's not the best way). The best way is to get a reagent kit but those won't tell you how much is in them. You could do the same thing with cl0n@zepam bc it has a minty taste, but the @lp is much more noticeable. This is what works for me.

I know about benzos, and lorazepam, klonipin aka Clonazelepam, Diazepam aka Valium, so what is your real question? I have scripts for Valium and K- pins and was on Lorazepam.
What do you need to know? Unfortunately, I have had long relationship with Benzos. When you are given a year to live, in America, they are willing to put you on them to counteract, the effects of opiods.

Honestly, I like k-pins better. They are better than lorazepam, imho.

Yeah, the k-pins have a minty taste, but Ativan , aka lorazepam kinda sucks. They are short acting and for me kinda short acting and not that good. ( Although, IV Dilaudid and and Ativan are great for alcohol withdrawl, they are cold and not very pleasant).

Seriously, if you have no tolerance to Ativan( llorazepam) and you took 6mg, you should have felt it.

You were ripped off. I would never encourage illegal use of drugs. However, your lack of any feeling and the smaller size, means you probably got ripped off.

^ Tend to agree. 6 mgs you shoulda went to sleep at least. If you ordering benzos prolly order one that is legal?
You're right, I should have fell asleep. Dude, there aren't any benzo's that are legal without a prescription unless you get something like br0monordi@zepam, which is a metabolite of the gid@zepam book. Other RC benzos that they are making: mecl0nazepam, 3thyl-flu@lprazolam, clober@zolam and there are much much more. I'd much rather buy one that has been tested for years on the human population. These RC compounds all have metabolites that have not been studied and not all are pure, meaning there could be side products/chemicals left over from the manufacturing process. I understand there are some excellent RC vendors that do 3rd party testing and am not bashing them because they do it right.

I tried clobor@zolam, read it at the regular pace, and in 30 minutes, I couldn't help but walk sideways. It was the strangest thing ever but I couldn't walk straight - my upper body would lean to the left or right so much that I almost would fall over. It was so bad that when I was on my walk that I didn't think I'd be able to walk the rest of the way. It definitely killed my anxiety but it also fucked up the way I get around lol. Needless to say, I never touched any RC benz0 again. I understand that anecdotal experiences of people that are brave enough to take them have been a mixed bag. Although I've been scammed with fake lor@zepam mags, I have not been scammed from some other vendors and have received legit subscriptions. Do your research, watch vendor websites for updates, read other's reviews, and reach out to the vendor before you purchase subscriptions. See if they write back, how long it took, and what they say. Take everything into account and make a decision. It sometimes takes me months of researching a magazine vendor before buying a subscription.

I agree but there is still a large list legal in the usa, etizolam, clonazolam, phenazolam, flubromazolam? Cloborazolam is phenazepam or is my memory bad? I have not tried that one but it sounds interesting.....

Okay that does sound a bit more than a benzo --- idk i tried everything from phenazepam (Way too long a halflife everyday you have more in your system, only one that gave me problems)

Yea I dont know what vendors are good anymore tbh I had one good vendor ever and they were gold and than vanished so *shrugs*

Why avoid all nitrobenzodiazepines if they are not in excessive dosages?

Almost without exception they are far more active at the a1 site so disinhibit dopamine neurons in the brain (seeminly making addiction more likely in those susceptible), produce both retrograde and anterograde amnesia (so people forget and redose) and their metabolites are toxic (hepatotoxic, cytotoxic, teratotoxic) all at prescribable doses.

I think it well said that if nitrobenzodiazepines were discovered today they would never obtain a GSL because of the above issues.

There is also evidence emerging that nitrobenzodiazepines are far more associated with pseudo-senility i.e. the hangover mimics dementia and may speed up the development of dementia. That driving or operating machinery are probably contra-indicated as often a person isn't conscious that their reactions and judgement are still compromised the next day.

It's not just the acute toxicity that makes them a bad option.

I'm not saying 'never take clonazepam' but if it's to treat myoclonus, clobazam has many advantages.

Thank you!

their metabolites are toxic (hepatotoxic, cytotoxic, teratotoxic) all at prescribable doses.

Alzheimers/dementia is one of few real fears in life

That is the line my doc is getting if he gets any.

Galinkas are totally fake now
know this was an old point but yes get them tested as Galinkas seem to go through periods of being faked a lot, then are ok - you need a trusted vendor for them

what I would add is that the company went through a bit of a crisis a few years ago, they almost folded, but now have stable ownership so quality and production of the genuine product in serbia should be decent - the real Diazepam from them seems good to me.
