Galenika Benzodiazepines need sending to an independent lab. To find out how much product they actually contain. Please Help

OP

Bioequivalence is more tightly monitered that actual dose which as you note has to be within 10%; apart from CDs, but that's a different story.

Benzos are hell. You end up living by the clock... which you will discover in your own time.

Lifeline suggested that given the extreme half-lives and active metabolites of diazepam, for example, once a week was likely still slowly but surely increasing that plasma level.

It can be detected in urine samples for up to 19 days.

Please avoid all of the nitrobenzodiazepines. If the clonazepam is for epilepsy, may I suggest clobazam? It's a unique 1,5-benzodiazepine with only partial cross tolerance to clonazepam and is safer. I have posted the twin acute and chronic toxicicity modes all pharmacutical nitrobenzodiazepines share. The longer half-life of clobazam means [BID] rather than [TID] so is also more convenient for you. But mixing them with any of the 1,4-benzodiazepines is a bit dicey, so be prepared to be faced with choosing one or 'tother. I suggest clobazam the better but as we say, YMMV.

You seem like a sensible person and I think we all value your efforts so on behalf of all BLers, Stay safe - there is only one of YOU.
