For whom should i vote???

RON's the One .....

Except we're not at university anymore, there's no "Re-Open Nominations" and no transferrable voting.

The Liberal Democrats haven't got a chance. The Conservatives managed to stitch them up good and proper 2010-2015. It's going to have to be Labour. Even then, there is a non-zero probability of leaving the EU; but at least it's not a certainty.

Imagine a game of Blackjack. You have two "tens" (including picture cards), the dealer also has two tens. Out of the remaining 48 cards in the stack on the table, 44 will bust you; and if you do draw an ace, the dealer still has 3 chances in 47 to draw another. But if you don't take a card, you lose anyway. That's (4 / 48 ) * (47-3) / 47
= 176 / 2256
= 0.08
= still the only chance you've got.

Have look at the last GE results in your constituency.

Suss out which party is the most likely to beat the fascists (I won't even call them 'Torys' anymore) and go with that. I f they are stopped from getting a majority in this oting on policy election that's a win all round.

If voting on policy only, even knowing you the little I do if you have a look at the Labour election manifesto I'd be betting they'd have your vote.

But no majority for the fascists has to be main aim here. The fucking ego monster that is Boris has his eye on a police state and quite possibly a dictatorship. He's openly racist and openly class-ist, is seeking to disempower the fucking courts so they wan't oppose his illegal activitities (they dared to postpone Brexit and halted the illegal proroguingn of Parliament see...and they are the ONLY check against the fascists if they get a majority), he's written extensively on methods of mass manipulation....holy fucking shit do I need to continue?

Aww I'm disappointed by a log of people here. I'm aware a lot of what Labour promises isnt going to happen, but I'm sorry, if people like us aren't voting labour they're allowing the Tory fucklors to get back in simple as. It's one or the other and I know even though i don't earn 80k and get taxed at 40% (only on income over about 50k tho) I understand the frustration, but the Tories aren't telling anyone about the magic money tree...) 80k earned this year would be taxed about 18k, 20k salary is taxed 2k. 62 grand isnt a bad wad,.
You truly understand if you are arrested on a late Friday evening & you get no bail, held over the weekend, the doctor gives you nothing & you have to go to court Monday but don't get seen till 12pm then you have to walk back to your flat that is 4 miles away. THEN you will understand what it is about.
@Fubar labour labour labour

I'm sorry if I come across as a "Corbyn can do no wrong" twats mentioned earlier, I'm now, politics makes me so angry I can rant! I don't understand how a bunch of posh mates from school who look at working class people (especially drug addicts who are homeless and come across as stupid) like scum should be given so much control.
Austerity - payrise

No magic money tree - 10billiiom for their silent new Irish allies.

Prohibiting more subsnces than ever with the PSA, oh gosh but who didn't good fish scale in uni through £50 notes??

I loath Tories!!!

Yeah. If the Conservatives get in, either with an outright majority or in coalition, we're basically fucked -- we're just one dodgy consignment away from creating a total trade blockade with the Continent.

Many people don't realise the extent to which Freedom of Movement in Europe is a privilege that comes with EU membership, not a right; they are either too young to remember, or old enough to have forgotten, what it was like before 1993. Businesses near the British border in Ireland depend of FoM of goods, services, labour and capital in a very visceral way: think of a baker buying flour in Ireland, yeast in the UK and employing workers from both sides of the border, working in premises that meet the regulatory régimes of both countries to sell cakes to people of both nationalities. There are thousands of small businesses along the half-megametre, relying on the fact that the laws are the same both sides and each country accepts the other's word that they are being lived up to, and Brexit threatens every single one of them.

(Not all those businesses that stand to lose out are on the British side, either. Brexit constitutes an interference in the domestic affairs of another nation. It would be justification for war, were that not forbidden by our mutual EU membership.)

We also have tariff-free trade deals with many countries that were brokered through the EU; and there will be no obligation for any of them to continue after Brexit, any more than you can expect to continue to receive a student discount when you leave University.

For forty years, the gutter press have been blaming immigrants for the actions of the rich. The Government could easily have built more schools and hospitals, and mandated a minimum wage of £15 per hour after tax; the rich would not have noticed the effect of this. Instead they chose cynically to blame immigrants for "using up" resources they chose to ration.

And our behaviour on the International stage has been nothing short of a disgrace. Who is going to want to negotiate a trade deal with us, now we have shown how untrustworthy we can be?

My fear is that if we leave the EU, we won't be allowed back in.

And that could still happen under Jeremy Corbyn -- although it's a tiny fraction less likely.

Politics has been so badly poisoned, nobody even expects politicians to tell the truth anymore. But you really can't choose among a bunch of competing lies on the basis of what you wish could be true.

Labour. Because this is really a matter of life and death; and it's better to have a scary story to tell the grandkids, than no grandkids to tell stories to.

It's no hyperbole to say this: Tories are murderous scumbags. They have 130 000 dead already from austerity, plus many more they can find a way to pretend weren't actually strictly necessarily due just to austerity. There are still people living in flats fitted with unsafe, inflammable wall cladding, 60 months on from Grenfell Tower. (Why do they even make that shit? For warehouses full of goods where there are few people anyway and evacuation is easier? Isn't the slight increased cost of requiring "over-safe" non-inflammable cladding for non-residential applications better than allowing it to be "mistakenly" used in a residential application and people dying?) They are still trying to get away with cutting benefits and forcing people to food banks. Anyone could be next. Under our broken electoral system (where you effectively have only a single "one" on your ballot paper, and no "Re-Open Nominations"), Labour are in the best position to beat them in my constituency. It doesn't really matter what I think about Jeremy Corbyn, or anyone in the Labour party, or even any of Labour's policies apart from "how likely am I to be killed by a Labour government, versus how likely am I to be killed by a Conservative government".

I'm just one of those awkward people who, when faced with a choice between attempting something believed to be impossible or dying, chooses to live.

Well said Julie!

It's down to a case of choosing the lesser evil.

To me, the Labour party seem idealistic though possibly incompetent, but ultimately well meaning. Whether they can deliver is a different matter.

However, I see Johnson as the very embodiment of evil. The devil in disguise. I thought May was bad, but she was simply incompetent compared to this fucker with his carefully staged bumbling buffoon persona that makes him seem like a 'diamond geezer' to the pathetic minions who believe the right wing press and share a brain cell between themselves at weekends.

Labour it is...

I want to cry

"We burn the works of Karl Marx"

Labour are going to tax the hell out of everyone, nothing is "free" like they say.
Becoming Julie wake up for the sake of God, it matters not if it is Labour or the Tory party as they are both a different side of the same coin.

I'm voting for a local nonpartisan candidate myself, this election is going to break the country mark my words people.
I just hope from the ashes that are left after this election something better can come from it.

I'd not piss on the whole front bench of Labour & also the Tory party if they were on fire.

Heheh, our Prime Minister hides in a fridge to avoid being interviewed.

You really couldn't make this shit up...

Bear in mind this happened only two days after he snatched the phone out of a reporter's hand who was trying o show him a photo of a 4 year old child with suspected pneumonia who had to wait on a hospital floor for hours due to lack of beds. The next day the Tories denounced this as fake news - even after the hospital in question had already admitted it was true.

Johnson's absolute fuckwittery and total cuntishness knows no bounds...

Well as much as it made me feel sick to my stomach I actually voted Labour (first time in my life)
My reasons are long but to keep it simple over the last few weeks watching daily shows on this election the way that Eton cartel moron has gone on made me feel even more sick than the way Corbyn has conducted himself.

If I ever saw Diane Abbot in the street I'd be so tempted to kick the shit out of her & that goes for 99.9% of the other members of the Labour front bench, I voted to leave the E.U. & I WOULD DO IT ALL OVER AGAIN BUT..................I NEVER WANTED Dominic Cummings to become some puppet master & to plot the death of my country.

This election can best be wrapped up this way folks.............

If you are upto your neck in shit & somebody throws a bucket of piss at you do you duck?
OR....................
You are gonna die, take your pick between Cancer or Ebola

As the lyrics to Einstürzende Neubauten - Kollaps say...................Kollaps / bis zum Kollaps nicht viel Zeit Kollaps / bis zum Kollaps. nicht viel Zeit Kollaps / Unsre Irrfahrten zerstören die Städte und nächtliches Wandern macht sie dem Erdboden gleich Kollaps / alles was ich kriegen kann Alles in mich rein Kollaps / süßer Kollaps bitter und bitter und bitter bis zum Kollaps
