Okay so this is my first time ever posting on a forum
I was just wondering if anybody could help me out.
I've been lifting for about a year and a half,with a good diet and exercising two hours a day 6 days a week.
It takes me an incredibly long time to put on muscle mass,was told that my metabolism is too fast,anyway my current stats are 1.9m (6.3 ft) and 91kg (200 lbs)
My goal is to reach about 100kg(220lbs)
and about 13% body fat,and i'm looking to go on a course(i was recommended Stanozolol and D.Bol together)
for about a month,i guess what i'm really looking for is a little advice or help
