Okay so this is my first time ever posting on a forum

I was just wondering if anybody could help me out.
I've been lifting for about a year and a half, with a good diet and exercising two hours a day 6 days a week.
It takes me an incredibly long time to put on muscle mass, was told that my metabolism is too fast, anyway my current stats are 1.9m (6.3 ft) and 91kg (200 lbs)
My goal is to reach about 100kg(220lbs)
and about 13% body fat,and i'm looking to go on a course(i was recommended Stanozolol and D.Bol together):? for about a month,i guess what i'm really looking for is a little advice or help

Thanks and sorry for the long post:?

Thanks Bro
The thing is i've been struggling to put on those last 9 or so kilos for a few months and would really like something to help push me to 100kg..i've tried just about everything tweaking diets, changing exercise routines everything..is there anything else you could recommend?

2 hours a day/6days a week sounds like over training if you arent using steroids already. Your cortisol levels will be elevated making it hard to build more muscle and cut off fat. Correct me if im wrong but more than 45min-1 hour weight training begins serious diminishing returns with strength and muscle gains as cortisol levels begin to skyrocket. Also you need more than 1 day a week to recover. Active recovery is generally ok such as light cardio on your off days but only 1 day off generally taxes the body significantly. In my experience I need at least 2 days off a week but preferably 3 with 2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off to allow muscle repair and the cns to recover. As of now I do 4 days off as my shoulder is recovering from too many pressing exercises and im still making gains so I suggest holding off on the steroids a bit and continue fine tuning everything.

It really depends on how you're splitting your body parts. If you're doing full body everyday yes that's too much.
I guess part of those 2 hours is cardio ?

2 Hours is 2 hours.
I can't see anything more than 1.5 hours being productive.

If you haven't blasted your muscles in an hour, you're doing it wrong.

If you aren't able to put on more muscle mass, you need to take a look at your diet. I am willing to bet, you aren't eating enough calories.

Okay it's pretty clear that i have A LOT of research to still to do,but i use a very commercial gym so i spend about twenty minutes waiting for machines to open up,and i gym two sets of muscle groups per session one large and one small i.e chest and bis etc....but i will definitely take the off day advice, thank you.

I am in no hurry to put on the weight, just thought i had reached a plateau and really needed to break through it.

You def hit a plateau, but Gear isn't the answer until you get your training and diet on course.

Luckily, there are plenty of people in here who can help with that.

I'm new here but I'll go against the grain and say that 200 lbs at 6'3" with your low body fat is pretty fucking big. Idk what your bench/squat/deadlift numbers are at but assuming you're not a weakling who's exaggerating his numbers that seems like a good time to start with gear. You might be able to put on an extra 20 lbs of muscle naturally in a few years with a perfect diet and routine like some other guy said, but what's the point? You can't keep anything past your natural limit long-term anyway. Might as well start now.

While his weight isn't low, its not high either. I'm 5'10 and at 200lbs. He definitely has some room to fill out. If you don't have a base to work with, doing aas isn't going to do anything. Just doing gear isn't going to magically make you big. That story has been played out endlessly with people who think you'll magically get big on gear who don't train right and aren't dieting correctly. The results are comical.

Im 5' 6" at 165ish now. Not too terribly lean but top 4 abs are visible. Dialed diet in better and changed up my routine a bit so weight is increasing about 1 lb a week now.

You're 70 inches tall, he's 75 inches. That makes him 6.7% taller than you. Assuming you guys have the same bf %, he would need to put on 6.7% more lean muscle to have the same proprotions as you. 200 x 1.067 = 213.4 pounds. Now, I'm assuming that you have done steroids at least once, and that's why you're here giving advice about them. Considering that it's possible for a first time steroid user to put on anywhere from 10 to 20 pounds of lean muscle, it would make sense that, after his first cycle, OP would be around 213 pounds if he trains hard and eats right. He would have just as much muscle proportional to you after one round of steroids that you have after however many cycles you have done. This isn't perfect, because you might be a lower body fat % and therefore have slightly more muscle, but it's close enough to where the difference is negligible.

My point: OP is basically at the perfect time to do steroids.

Not trying to call you out or say you're weak or anything. But trying to say that this guy needs to get even bigger than he already is naturally before he does steroids is not harm reduction. It's just bad advice.

Do you have any idea how much 13.4lbs of lean muscle is? No one is going to put on 13.4lbs of lean muscle on cycle. I'll be lucky to put on 13.4lbs of lean muscle in the next 2 years. There's a big difference between lean muscle and your weight.

You must be at or very close to your limit. OP has never done steroids, he should be able to put on at least 10 lbs of lean muscle from his first cycle, and more if he does everything right.

Yeah,I've noticed that it takes a lot longer for taller people to build,It just sucks that it has to be me,anyway I'm not sure what else to do to get me to my goal naturally,I've been to dieticians to try and get a better understanding on calories, and food intake but my diet seems to be up to scratch??..I want to reach 200 just to fill out a bit,I don't want to be crazy big, just enough to look fit,and it seems as with every argument those opposing steroids make complete sense and those for it make just as much sense...so I'm at a crossroads haha.

To answer a previous point first, I'm about 5'-10" and about 210lbs @ 8% BF.. So: 200 lbs at 6'3" with not too low body fat isn't in my opinion "pretty fucking big". Its probably more on the athletic side.. IMO..!!
Yes the OP has the potential to put on over 10lbs on a first cycle if his diet and training are optimal, which at this point in time I don't think they are.. Whether he keeps it all post-cycle is another matter..!!

In my opinion if the OP is at 13% BF and over training, something's out of whack, He's not big and carrying too much BF...!!!

A trick we've tried in the past that has worked for clients, is to ramp up the food and force the body to grow... 500P-500C-7000cals for about 6 months, yes there will be excess BF, but the idea is once you've reached the desired size, alter the diet accordingly for maintenance..... But it's hard, all that food makes you constantly want to throw-up...Lol But it does work....

By OP meaning me?...210lbs at 5,10..thats pretty fucken huge!...So does anyone have any clear advice as to what i should do?

^^thats what Im doing. Ramped up calories big time and id say 70% of the weight I put on is lean. I can alter my diet or incorporate cardio for fat management later as im not really too high in bf. Im happy to see someone experienced say this cuz I kinda just decided to do it on my own and was questioning it.

You're obviously a fucking monster and I'm not trying to descredit you or your knowledge at all, but 200 lbs at 6'3" is actually considered overweight if we're going by BMI. Being 200 lbs at that height and 13% body fat, while certainly not as big as you or any other serious bodybuilders, is pretty fucking big compared to the general population.

Anyway to the OP, I'm in no way trying to say that you should do steroids. They're illegal, meaning they have risks, and there's always the chance that you screw up and don't use them properly and cause damage to yourself. This board is for people who have already made that decision to get advice. My advice is that if you want to do them, now would be a good time to start. If you just want someone to validate you and say "yes go use them they're great!", you're not gonna get that.
