Ok mate, putting on or taking off weight is not that much more easy or difficult for you if you are tall. It is just that the smaller guys will look bigger with less mass then bigger guys, that’s largely due to a basic aesthetic formula of the golden ratio 1:1.618 think Da Vinci’s vitruvian man, but I digress. With that being said I see two issues with things.
1. We do not know a lot about your training program other then your over training 2hrs x6days a week is a bit much, especially if you are trying to gain 20lbs, we also do not know much about your diet . One of the biggest helps you could give us so that we can help you is to give us a break down of your diet ( ie a sample day) and a break down of your training routine ( ie give us the whole thing all 6 days of it).
2.Is that idea of taking two orals and only two orals. . . Not a bright idea for a first cycle and only for a month. Yeah you will gain some weight ( largely water) but after you stop it you will loose it all. There is a sticky on here called “ Your First Cycle” it lays out a cycle for you as well as has some great diet advice by Genetic Freak on there will help you out a good bit as it has great info.
Now every time I hear people say that their diet is really good but then they have issues either putting on or taking off weight I have spotted a big part of the issue. You are most likely having issues putting weight on because you are not getting enough calories, and your macros are probably off. In addition you are not giving your self enough rest so that you can grow. My advice would be pretty simple :
1. Work on your diet- more calories in and pay close attention to your protein intake. If you want to be 220lbs eat 220g of protein a day ect ect so your first order of business is to sort your diet out a little better, and mainly by increasing your caloric intake in the proper fashion.
2. Your training program needs to be tweaked, while it is great to work that hard you are working against your self if you want to put on size. Drop down to mon-fri at no more then 90mins per session ( this is just my suggestion) and cut your cardio a bit not totally out but reduce the overall amount you are doing on a daily basis. This will help you burn a less calories. You should also spread out your muscle groups evenly over the 5 days you are now training ( 3-4 days would be even better and allow for more rest). More rest with an increase in calories and you will see an increase in weight, you will see a bit of fat increase as well but it will be minimal if your diet is kept proper.
3. If you do consider running steroids wait until you have gotten at least 90 days with your new diet and training program this way you can see if this is doing it for you and by then you will have done more research on the compounds you intend to use for a first cycle ( btw I recommend reading a book called Anabolics by William Llewellyn ) great little resource.
The advice from these cats is solid, Genetic Freak, Nolys, Serotonin Animalmother ect ect all know what they are talking about, so listen to them man. I hate to say it but do a little bit more research and fire back more questions to us, and as long as you are willing to put in the hard work of proper diet and training you will get there. But just running some juice is not going to do anything but waste some cash and leave you bloated. As with most things in life mate you only get what you put into steroids and shit in is shit out. But if you follow the advice every one is giving you, do some reading and research your self and wait a bit then run a cycle you will get the results your looking for mate. I hope this helps; good luck.
