Festivals 2011

yeaaaah I'm going to ozora too. first time though! heard good things about it though... including the famous "welcome to paradise" sign :D
 
Has anyone here been to Shambala Festival? There's hardly any information on the website.

Or secret garden party? Considering that but the website seems harsh on drugs and theres restrictions on how much booze you can take in.
 
working Glade and almost definitely going to Boomtown, also will be going to a little techno thing my mates put on every year in the fields near Bangor called Hoofer Doofer, only a few hundred people but its always great fun and free :)

I've got mates who always go to Hoofer Doofer, it does sound fun!

At the mo it's looking like Glade and Boomtown but am very up for going to a few smaller festivals this year, and plenty of free parties.

I was watching Snowbombing festival in Austria on the tele last night, remember seeing it covered last year too. Looks like fun, every year loads of people get dressed up and road trip together from the UK to Austria, park up outside the festival and wait for all the other cars to arrive then single file it in to a heros welcome and loads of music and celebrations. A week on snowboarding and live music follows. Looked like fun. Loads of hidden parties in the mountains and in igloos and shit.

One year I'll do a big euro festival travel for the whole summer I reckon.

ye Hoofer is crackin if you like techno, my mates brothers 'Travesty' always do a wicked live drum an bass set as well, lots of fun :)

It's in Ukraine, goes on for 5 weeks and is one big orgy of sex, drink and drugs. Loads of mad shit going on. It officially becomes a 'republic', you need a visa to get in, it's full of folk from Eastern Europe, Russia and further afield and is apparently the 'new Ibiza'.

im going to head to electric picnic this year it sud be a good 1. mates of mine went to the states last year to the burning man, they said it was great. their photos of the week end are amazing it is in the desert it looks like nothing that i have ever seen b4! i would love to go but it would be expencive
