Haha I tried to go to that one year. We missed ALL the music. Too stoned, too disorganised, to shroomed.. made it to one event but it was sold out. Nearly made it to another but my then then boyfrend projectile vommed in my mate's face and we had to head home to get cleaned up..

Had a wicked time though, went to a sex show and halloween, pretty special <3
 
Im possibly going to Secret Garden Party, Sunday @ Lovebox 2011, and maybe Bestival if my mate can put me up in IOW (again!)

I haven't actually sorted any festivals out this year. However I know for a FACT I will be going to Boom Town Fair, and plenty of free parties, hopefully UKTek (if they have one this year)

'Free in the park' in Scotland looks good too, Electrikal soundsystem will make an appearance and more.

Most festivals seem to fall either on or around my Birthday, so I need to choose carefully how to bring in being over 30 by a year! Disgracefully shall be paramount! I actually can't believe I'm 30, what happened in the past decade under the influence?
 
DS and I are heading off to Freekuency festival in a couple of weeks but I am little nervous because I know I am going to have to be the sensible one.

We have never been away (like away from Britain anyway) together and any other time I go on holiday with my mates I just follow them and do as they say.

Unfortunately I know this will be my job when we go away as DS doesn't even know which bus to catch to get to the city centre without me telling him even after he worked there for 2 years!!! Fool :P
 
Hee hee you're going to have to take lots of pics! It'll be ok, I'm usually really crap at directions etc but really got into it when I went to Sziget, catching trams all Budapest, you will be fine :) but if he passes out leave him there.
 
Lol will do, if he ends up in the state he was before we got to BoomTown last year the we will have no hope. He couldn't even stand up straight and hold onto the lightest thing which was a sleeping mat.

I did think to myself, the worst that will happen is that we will miss our flights, as long as we have a phone a bit of money we will end up home safe....eventually :S
 
Indeedy, it'll be an adventure, just allow looooads more time for getting back to catch your flights than you think it will take you and you'll be fine!

Am jealous. May have to sell glade tix this year, looks like I might not have it off work after all and need the moneys, but will hold on to my boomtown ticket :)
 
Aah serious bummer dude! Well at least you will save money, and like you said you weren't ecstatic about the line up. But you must make it to BoomTown, even if I have to drag you by your ears! I can lend you the dollah bills yo for the ticket if you want? xxxx
