^ Interesting. I think in Hebrew it's traditionally spelled Azriel but obviously Azrael is also proper. I just wouldn't want to be named after the Angel of Death, personally.

Amaris
Malachi
Micah

lets see ...
for boys: Conrad, Connolly, Christoph
for girls: Lena

What? I think i just Jamshyded my pants...

There are a whole number of annoying names white people are naming their children as of late. For example, more than one time have I heard a mother saying, "Come on Conner".

lol why is Conner annoying? Its a fairly popular name these days. I guess it just depends on personal opinion. There are a lot of popular names right now that I think are annoying too, haha.

Hah...thanks for busting on my first name negro ;0

Actually, its just blake, but blakemore was my great grandfathers name and thats why i got stuck with blake.

Hopefully you guys realize when I am joking around (which is almost always)....

That being said, I still don't like the name Conner.

Really? Do they get endless shit in regards to the Seinfeld reference?

First person I met was in middle school, and that was before Seinfeld was on, and then in high school I didn't notice them getting shit. I don't watch Seinfeld so I dont even know what the reference is to :)

gen e has one of the coolest names of all.

my name's not all that unusual but the spelling is. took me a while to grow into it but i really like it.

in the (increasingly unlikely) event that i have a male child, i'd like to call him lisle.

My first name is about as uncommon as it gets. Apart from that I really like

For a girl I like Afraic - Irish or Gaelic for Africa.

Pronounced like Africa minus the last letter.

I've always been partial to Dimitri, Ayn, Kalliope (sp? I know it's super greek), and Gaia should be used I think, because the most beautiful of all in my opinion.

i have an (irish) friend name gearoid
How do you pronouce it?

I love unusual names.

My favourite girl's name ever is Storm.

I've known 2 girls called Storm, and I am an amateur meterologist so it would be fitting to call my baby girl Storm. =D

Unfortunately my partner is more traditional and thinks that a girl called Storm would be made fun of at school....I disagree!

I also like Leela and Audrey for girl's names.

I have much more trouble choosing boy's names...

we have some friends who have two kids, hunter and autumn, and they are naming the baby in the tummy...wait for it....OAK. they said the best part of it is that the grandparents hate it.
