Not overt drug usage but widely considered a drug-induced film (LSD, Heroin, Hash).

And it also mentions spice in Dune

A friend of mine told me about a movie called "Holy Rollers" which is about othordox jews being convinced to smuggle mdma because no one will suspect them, no clue if its any good but I'm going to watch it pretty soon. Even if it is shit its will be worth watching purely for poops and giggles.
