iv seen some people ROLLIN BALLS that had the eye wiggles,i hurd you can get them from vicks under the eye but nuthing happend,
i want the wiggles,
suggestions?

You can't induce them. Either you get them or you don't.

Nystagmus (the condition you're referring to) is usually associated with nausea, which is why some people get it on the come up. Strong pills will also cause it in some people.

Vicks under your eye certainly won't do it.

Either you get them, or you don't. Nothing you can do about it.

is it possible ur body wont get them?

or maybe possible to induce under nasua, like maybe a roller coaster ride or sumthing?

There have been a couple times I have been able to induce it, but it has been rare. I have the abilitly to rapidly move my eyes back and forth, and sometimes when I do that it causes the onset of eye wiggles. Like I said though, it is extremely rare for me to do this, and only seems to happen when the pills are "smacky" in nature.

I am not sure why people would want to have pharmacologically induced nystagmus. When it happens to me, it scares the shit out of me. I know what is happening from a neural perspective.

Nystagmus is an involuntary condition. There really are not ways to "bring it on." You look quickly to either side and your eyes have a tough time catching up with the head movement & staying on a given target straight ahead...it looks wobbly sort. This would be an example of gaze-evoked nystagmus.

Horizontal and pendular...no matter where you look or turn your head everything is shaking and appears to shimmy or move rapidly.

Personally, horizontal, pendular, and gaze-evoked nystagmus are have been most common. When neurologists or ophthalmologists are trying to figure out where the brain lesion is they use the characteristics of the nystagmus observed.

Horizontal nystagmus is a well-recognized finding in patients with a unilateral disease of the cerebral hemispheres, especially with large, posterior lesions.

Pendular nystagmus is a multidirectional nystagmus (ie, horizontal, vertical, circular, elliptical) with an equal velocity in each direction that may reflect brainstem or cerebellar dysfunction.

Gaze-evoked nystagmus is produced by the attempted maintenance of an extreme eye position. It is the most common form of nystagmus. Gaze-evoked nystagmus is due to a deficient eye position signal in the neural integrator network.

Excuse my ignorance but is this nystagmus very obvious to to others?

I find that nystagmus can be brought on.. Yeah, only when rolling hard. but I find that light shows. not only look pretty, but when flashing lights are invloved, nystagmus hits, and everything looks just insane. and that is usually when my eyes start rollin in the back of my head... if that all makes sense...

I find that if you attempt to look at something close to your face, like read your phone then as you draw it closer to your face, suddenly there is a point where your nystagmus kicks in and everything just goes blurry and illegiable. I only get nystagmus otherwise when I'm really high and sitting down listening to music I like a lot.

Doubtful. Its probably partly brought on by the increased dopamine from the MDMA which is known to effect muscles in the face a lot.

I have total controll of my wiggles, I dont get them unless i bring em on... wich i do alot cos i find it quite amusing :)

I look at eye wiggles as a sign that I'm rolling hard!
Real shitty little things when your trying to drive!

(Feel free to talk shit about DUI)

^^^ If you know what I'm going to say about driving and being under the influence then I won't bother saying it other than "Don't, its not just your life you're fucking with, its everyone you drive past".......

Eye wiggles are kind of annoying, many a time I've given up sending a text message on me phone because it's just too damn difficult, I've spent a good few minutes before glaring at the phone desperatly trying to focus on it, but to no avail.

I will not stand for driving under the influence of pills. You are NOT as good a driver as you are when sober and there are many studies to show this. So much for harm reduction. NOT COOL :X

I was once completely battered and I wanted to send someone a text so badly I went up to someone who looked less fucked than me and asked if they'd be nice enough to allow me to dictate a text message that they'd type into my phone for me and send it to the right person.

They were happy to :D

They are somewhat controlable!
I get them when I'm feeling so good I relax my eyes!
When driving I manage to keep them under control by putting them wideawake mode...

^^ Umm that still doesn't mean you're a safe driver? I hate to hijack this thread, but how will you feel when you run off the road and hit someone? Or kill your passengers?
