Exercise 4 Health, Mental Health, and Addiction vs. The Endorphin Factory

I'm jelly xorkoth, I'm stuck in a very flat area where the coolest outdoor area is the local dog park.

Full body weight training today plus 40 minutes on the treadmill.

I guess I've been running the puppy too hard as he has been limping for 2 days now. Although he wants to run with me, I'm going to make him wait until he seems not so stiff in the hind quarters again.

Another good day... i walked around a lake I hadn't visited in years. It was so pretty... the weather in the high 60's, light breeze and sunny with the right amount of clouds... I walked for 80 minutes. I was so energized I then went shopping.

Half an hour nike training sesh called "conditioning corps." Tomorrow will be spinning class day after work.

Pure cardio yesterday today rest day and bf is back from quebec!!

Just walked about 1 1/2 miles.. I also bought some new shoes - cross trainers... and wore them today for the first time. Nice.

Woke up to freezing cold, with snow/rain mix... messy out there. I won't be walking, but will try to find motivation to do something here in the house.

Skipped yesterday
Today, full body workout including dead lifts, military presses, lat pull downs and dumbel lateral side raises followed by 30 minutes running on the treadmill ( only 2 short walking breaks, so that's pretty good for me!).

Hot yoga tonight then gym tomorrow. I want to go around lunch time so i can go home at 5 pm then spend more time with bf

No workout for me today. I was walking down the steps, they are wood and slippery, with only socks on and slipped. I slipped so fast the whiplash damaged my shoulder.

Wtf.. yard sail on the steps... ended up wearing my mac and cheese and rootbeer. I wish I could have seen myself as i would have probably died laughing.

So I really hope i did not fuck it up permanently. This could slow the lifting down and im not to siked about it, but hopefully its just a sprain.

NSA, man that blows. I wish you a speedy and full recovery. Honestly, injury is one of my biggest fears. Working out is the only thing keeping me sane. If lost the ability to work out, Idk what I would do.

Full body weight program today, including a great squat session, bench presses, barbell rows and seated barbell curls. 30 minutes on the treadmill and excluding warm up and cool down, I actually ran the whole time - stoked that I'm finally overcoming my fear of running. I tell myself that I crave the pain as that is the only way I know that I'm actually pushing my body to the point that I can force change (improvement and endurance).

The puppy is no longer limping so he can finally run with me again tomorrow ☺

I once lived like this and remember being happy. But with time these accountings became exhausting.

My cousin went swimming and running because she enjoys but everyone else who really knows her well see that this is related to the pizza and dessert she had yesterday night.

If she had not eaten that she would have gone to a movie as Sunday is her sport day free.

Thanks Azure. The first day it felt like caratage, but today its feeling burny like muscle and much better. I think I may have gotten lucky. :)

Still i'm taking the day off once again. Going to run and lift legs tomorrow to0 give it the proper amount of time to heal up.
