Sometimes we gotta do less in order to do more. Getting back into shape and exercising in my mid-40's, I have to force myself to hold back and go slower than I want to so I don't hurt or injure myself; injurying myself would really suck as exercising has become my drug.Yesterday, Monday, did another amazing walk... a solid hour, with a walking buddy who is very fit and set a great pace. Only problem... woke up last night w very sore knees, so messed up my taper plan and dosed early.
