Surprisingly I didn't lose much or really any ground.. laughing I'm pretty sore though. Alright back, biceps (skipped yest) and abds are up today. Stretch soak steam. Planning on laying off until Sunday then.

Benched 85kg (187lb) today, not mad heavy but I've made a lot of progress since starting to train again.
I have to be very careful with bench due to its tendency to fuck my elbows. I actually don't think it's the best muscle builder either. I have a hammer strength plate loaded chest press at my gym that is really great. Can load it really heavy and just focus on mind muscle connection without overly focusing on form.I can't do barbell bench presses anymore since i fucked my shoulder so i do dumbbell presses instead. I could bench about 225lbs at one point though
What you deadlifting?Had a great session yesterday. PR on trapbar deadlift, followed by Split squats (glutes are so fucking sore!), calf raises, prone leg curl, leg extensions, machine crunches, and bodyweight back extensions. Very DOMSy today but feeling good.
Trapbar DL has rapidly become a favourite for me. I'm tall and conventional deads gave me much more lumbar strain than I feel comfortable with. TBDL seems to work way better. Still feel it in lower back but just shifting the lever back slightly allows me much greater comfort. And can lift way heavier too.
I've just started doing shoulders and arms together in a separate session, full bro split nowLegs and biceps are up.. I know most people do biceps on back day.. I do them with legs as back day is so long.. charge.

I would say legs is the hardest day but back does seem to take me longer so I can understand doing biceps with legs. Trained eight times last week and eight times this week. My body seems to be adjusting to training so much and doing individual body parts well as I'm getting some PRs but think this is a bit overkill for the long run.
