Positive Exercise 4 Health, Mental Health and Addiction vs. Pure & Free

Since i have started working out everyday again i have to say i feel alot better about myself. When i gained all that weight on invega and abilify i never thought i would get back in shape again. But now i am working out with alot heavier weights then when i started and my stamina has gone up quite alot.

Now if only i could lose this fat around the gut i would be happy
I hear you. Getting thinner was no easy feat for me.
 
The last two weeks I’m finally falling back into a routine I can at least be semi happy with, lots of progress to go but my mental health is improving and with that so will my motivation.

Thinking about getting a membership at some small cheap place. Now that my workout gear is cut in half and then half my half put into storage, in other words I don’t got shit.

Today i was feeling kinda shitty causa i had 8 cans of Guinness last night and now that im getting older it completely fucks my sleep. But i had 1mg of klonopin and a joint and hit the weights and now i feel alot better

It’s amazing how quickly exercise kills a hangover dead. Back when i was a hardcore ski bum we all used to drink ridiculous amounts of alcohol.. then the next day we would go from a paralyzing hang over to skippy after hiking a way up a mountain or a few runs in from the lifts. Exercise is powerful magic 🧚🏽
 
Exercise is the best hangover cure imo
This is one thought that never occured to me as a cure. I have had to work with hangovers and by the end of the day I am dead and bloated. lol
It is nice out and got charged by the sunlight a bit with the walking and general bumbery.
Always get my stretches, knee bends and pushups in as soon as I rise from sleep every morning regardless of how I feel... if I dont I may not be able to get up the next day without chemical help.
Supposed to be really nice tomorrow so maybe I go inna hike through the poison forrest.
 
Just got in too brother, time to hit it til my body just gives out.

That’s my goal on weekdays that I work. Working a physical job all day I just push out whatever I can soon as I get home.

I have a job that’s also damn physical. Sometimes it’s tough for me to motivate when your already pretty spent.. yesterday I almost said fk it I’m just going to soak.. but I hit it and like always made me feel great. A nice thing about a physical job is it cuts down your workout time significantly as you already worked out at work.
