Hot yoga.. I feel like it's making a huge difference so im going to sign up for a monthly pass. I'm going to go to the gym tomorrow and maybe yoga as well depends on my mood.
 
I highly recommend racing back and forth from AA meetings on a bycycle\foot. I get there quick as shit because I live in the city and I ride all over the grass and through parking lots and shit. I show up and my veins are all popping out and I'm just a bit sweaty so I look sexy to the girls there. And then I get to enjoy a nice "runners high" and a cup of coffee while I catch my breathe. Next thing you know I'm back on the cycle and home again. I hate AA meetings but I hate being drunk more.

MY HUSBAND SOLD HIS BUSINESS!!!! YAY!! Huge relief as it was looking like we were going to have to pay a lot of money just to try to shut it down. He'll go to work forthe new owners for 1 year and then maybe he can do some traveling. I hope his health holds out.

Ok, that has nothing to do with exercise but I was going to say that I did heavy lifting schlepping boxes out of the office and to our LR. Perhaps I could build an entire exercise regime out of this move since I continue to make excuses why I can't start swimming at the gym again.

I went to the gym and hot yoga yesterday so it was fantastic! Rest day today and I'm expecting to be working out in the gym full blast tomorrow. I have to really focus on my tummy area and tone it.
 
walked along the boardwalk for a mile down and back. very leisurely, very relaxing, just enough movement to get my body warm and my blood flowing, without fatigue (which was specifically prohibited by my medical team.)

sometimes scenery should beat out sweating anyway :)
 
15 min nike training session then 15 min cardio with gym bud.
 
I don't know how far I just walked but I walked home the distance it takes the bus 15 minutes to go, so I guess that's something...
 
alright took a nice amount of time off.. looks like the shoulder thing was just a muscle spasm.. so Im back at it hard.. spent the last couple of days putting on miles, ans miles, and miles walking around chi town and a whole bunch of museums.. lifted legs once but really took a week off so im back at it, though with reserve tomorrow.
 
so yesterday did the nike workout and cardio with my friend. Then did some wall pushups and dumbells. Planning to go to the gym tomorrow and yoga after since I pigged out again tonight =D
 
So I only worked out 1.5 times as it was spring break for the little guy. But I think this was really needed. my shoulder feels normal again. I am not sore or stiff anywhere. I will be back at it tomorrow. Lifting chest, biceps, and legs. Going to wramp up my cardio and start journaling my calories again. I ate way to well this last week

I did hot yoga today right after work and it felt so amazing!!! I am extremely overjoyed with the results and my flexibility is getting much better in every session. I will sign up for another month for sure and continue with it. Besides, the place has other types of yoga and activities to keep me interested.
 
I've ordered t25 from Shaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaun T. Hell yeah!
I love Insanity, I mean INSANITY is my number one n will always have a major place in my heart in terms of exercise, mental health - feel good factor - endorphin rush n so forth. But T25 is only 25 minutes, is also trained by Shaun T - and I'm likely to have more motivation. Feeling some good DOMS just by doing a 10 minutes (+another 10 minutes kettlebells workout, can hardly walk my thighs are hurting that bad but loving the DOMS!)

My shoulder made it fine through the back workout:)

Still going to give it a few more days before I try and lift shoulders.. but im off to the gym to lift chest and tries and I think I will run one more time there and start outside tomorrow.
