Blah this move has fucked up my entire schedule. I got a pair of dumbbells to have at home, so other than using those for a couple different exercises, pushups, sit ups, and running, I haven't worked out in a minute. I guess that isn't terrible, I'm still doing something. I REALLY need to get back to doing yoga though, I could REALLLLLY use some inner peace right about now. I'm going to make a commitment here to do yoga 3 times before next monday.
On the plus side, I got myself a new BMX bike finally! :D My old one got stolen right before I got clean, though I hadn't BMXed in forever anyway. I've really wanted to get back into it though and theres a concrete skatepark right down the street from my new house, so this is perfect. Found a pretty damn nice one on craigslist for relatively cheap, gonna go check out the skatepark and bike for the first time in years tomorrow. (I'll make sure I ease my way back into haha, not going to do anything crazy... yet) This will be a great form of exercise though, if I get as into biking as I used to be then I'll be in excellent shape in no time without even really working out.
