I've only managed to meet two Bay Area resident BLers since I moved here.

i have several funny stories from randomly meeting BLers...

i ended up with a layover in LA and decided to spend a few days there. i mentioned it to some BLer friends back home who put me in touch with other BLers in the LA area and i finally got in touch with lapdawg. it was like a crazy game of BLer telephone... lapdawg and his roommate were incredibly gracious hosts and did not seem thrown off by a stranger suddenly crashing with them. that same trip i ended up meeting generation e too

I do the same thing with my BL shirt. I've been hoping someone would just be like "Bluelight!!" in public. No luck yet.

The only BLer I have met is the person who introduced me to this site, so we were friends before I joined.

where do you get these bl shirts/ are they still around?

i've met lots. pseudo-dated-ish-in-a-not-really kind of way one for nearly a year. LOTS of fun times were had (and not remembered )
i miss everyone i can't keep around like jim!!! but i still hang pretty regularly with several, so that's sweet.


but now that i'm a 24 year old fart, i've slowed down from my four to the floor method of hitting meetups previously. blaahhh

hmm - quite a few of my friends are bluelighters

met some at BL meetups around the place years ago - namely at the annual Goon & Coon picnic (melbourne) and now I barely post on BL but hang out with these peeps frequently. They're all totally cool and its good to have friends you can be totally yourself with.

Also - my ex is a bluelighter - not sure if he introduced me to BL or I had just discovered it when I met him....
