It looks like it has its own viewwe- porbably best bet. They show it twice 6:00 pm, 9:00 pm PST. I think the same times are in effect on the eastern seaboard which I don't know how far ahead GMT is but I'm guessing 3-4 hrs? Which would make it 9:00 or 10:00 pm for the first episode on London. If you want to see past episodes I really liked the Alaska episode (they had a segment about EtOH deleaing in remote parts of Alaska and how the drug is treated like an illegal drug, along with the state becoming one of the biggest heroin consumers in the USA. NYC is prety good.
[if your bored, don't feel like reading alot, or are tired skip to the last 3-4 paragraphs, or skip the whole post. But It would be nice to get some feedback on Nat Geo's London episode.] By the way, nobody ever answered my question I asked several times- do you have National geographic, in particular the series drugs, inc...?
LA/Holywood episode prety good- gives you insights into the plastic fakeness of the place which transmutes to the drug scene. It shows shot out wanna be actors supporting their habits. Has a doctor that was arrested for righting Rxs for adderal, xanax, ect... which are very big on that scene. Aparently the area has Drs that cater to the needs of actors quasi or full illegally. And also they give an interesting insight into the drug scene. In a shit hole named commerce which is a drug hub the prices are much lower and the quality is very high. A dealer they interviewed said that Hollywood is known for having really bunk drugs- it is low along the totem pole because dealers know people out their will pay whatever to party and it usually makes several stops along it short journey from commerce to Hollywood.
What Beckham and The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge see in the place is beyond me. The LA Basin is full of beautiful people, though.
Hawaii is ok but alittle boring. It gives insights into its big meth scene (aka Ice or more local batu). They have one segment about users on the Big Island of Hawaii (which has a relatively small population despite its size.) Anyway gear users fix mexican gear and its cost is 4-5 times what people pay for on the mainland. And I've heard annecdotally the quality is crap- like European drought crap- well I won't go that far- just kidding- but I new a kid that flew to San Diego from Maui to get clean, steped off the plain with a habit and almost died from shooting 1/2 a quarter when he had a 4-5 gram habit back home.
Puerto Rico is good- they mention an alpha2 agonist used in anaesthesia that is so bad that the drug kingpins are purportedly trying to get it stoped.
Monta is so-so: predictably about meth and Canadian Canabis- the border is a mowed strip of land and the US government apparently uses drones and the bears work for the border patrol except they eat you instead of handcuffing you and taking you to jail.
If they did San Diego it would probably say: there is a long legacy of meth use supplied by mexican cartels and bikers, a scene that started with returning GIs in the early 50s. Cannabis dispensaries are almost non-existent but delivery services thrive. (My father-in-law with his card gets buds, hash, hash oil, ect by delivery girls that look and dress like realy hot strippers.)

MDMA is big but slightly decreasing. Cocaine apparently has seen a recent decrease on this side of the border. But it would probably focus on Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. This squalid border town has seen lots of kids from San Diego and the suburbs go down for the easy Rx either with or without an MDs Rx depending on the pharmacy. A thriving market for coke, heroin, and meth exists, controlled but gangs contracting with the local cartel. Its surreal- the place is dangerous. Its like living in the UK and having Morocco or better yet Libiya on your border. Leaning closer towards Libyia- more drugs than Platzpitz or some of the other classic open airs of Europe but have an unstable, corrupt system were the police are often doing policing for the drug sellers and nobody is sure who the military is working for this week only that they have alot of high power guns and it would ruin your day if you were caught in a cross fire. And the red light district- were else can you do a line of coke off a stripper's tits then go upstairs and have the same stripper and/or her friend bring you a pipe full of meth to partake mutually- ahh- service with a smile. Certainly not Hamburgh, Sidney, or Amsterdam. But keep in mind, in Amsterdam, abductions aren't quite the huge business they are in TJ.
But this comming Sunday is gonna be London. What I got is the impression that London is full of very beautiful girls and said girls like to do coke. In fact I think that the UK is displacing the US as the coke capital of the world, this is why the UK has been sending military and police support to Colombia. How pervasive is the use of coke. Is it the new hip thing? Is it relatively accepted? Is it a status drug? How is crack regarded and is there much about?
What about heroin relative to cannabis. I saw a BBC show on the worlds 20 most dangerous drugs. What was interesting was that MDMA was 17th and cannabis was ranked alot lower- like 8, 9, or 10. I've always rated it on par with cafeine. Not that I think MDMA is that harmful but I think weed is alot safer. It seems like it has a weird stigma in the UK relative to other countries including the draconian US.
Is it true that smoking gear is relatively acceptable, atleast compared to other European and North American countries, I emphasize
relatively. The BBC ranked heroin as the #1 most dangerous drug, I can think of several other drugs thaat should have that accolade. Lastely I thought is was intersting that the UK has 300,00 heroin users but only 100,000 bezo users. The city I live in probably has more people using benzos- for real if you count the scripts for xanax, klonopin, and what not alone.
Thank you for putting up with my gear- back in the honeymoon phase again fulled tiresome and lengthy prose.
May things continue to improve on your side of the atlantic.
Cheers everyone. I have alot of warm energy but have to get to sleep so I can work tommorow.
