English Premier League football

It's just disgusting that everyone is pretending that somehow: (a) West Ham bought Tevez for nothing; and (b) they are willing to sell him to Man Utd for 2 million. Feel sorry for Sheffield United; Fishface - at least Tevez kept you guys up.

Well United won the Shield(or whatever they want to call it now) and Jose is makin excuses already. We'll see how mellowed out he has got when things really get goin

I was surprised not to see this video posted up here, it was in the news early last week. Man Utd have gone about getting this 9 year old Australian to come to there academy after a member of his family sent them a video of him.

I think your off the mark with your Chelsea prediction Infinite Jest, I can see the African cup hitting them hard.
Anyway predictions for the season:
Top 3:-
1.Man Utd
2.Liverpool
3Chelsea

Relegated:-
Derby
Wigan
Fulham

what about UEFA cup spots? 5th magpies 6th man city i hope

poor fulham wouldnt want to see a canadian go down in radzinski, but i fear your prediction yoker maybe be true for the cottagers

^ Im thinking newcastle can get atleast 7th or 6th which would be enough for the uefa cup, but yeah 5th could be achieveable if we get lucky with injuries.

Hahahaha, Newcasle get lucky with injuries? Hahahaha.

Liverpool looked pretty good (notwithstanding slightly dodgy looking defence); Babel and Torres will be big players for them this season, and having Stevie G in the centre should help. Plus they've got a good big squad.

Sunderland showed the spirit I expected. Portsmouth have let down my fantasy team by conceding two goals, the bastards. Newcastle looked tasty for the first half, went to sleep a bit but still a very good start.

Man Utd off to a dodgy start. Rooney is goin to be out for quite a while with a hairline fracture in his foot. After all the talk of attacking options at the club, there wasnt one other recognised striker on the team or bench today. Reading were very solid in defence to be fair to them though.

Hmmm well after talking with my mate I will be staying with in Scotland (he is a pom), I've been told that in the absence of Charlton being in the EPL, I have to go for his team Tottenham if I want to live under his roof.. too which I replied.. We'll least City won this weekend :P

Spurs 3-0 derby, wonder how that happened. I guess Spurs fans think they'll win the league now. *rolls eyes*

I didnt see the arsenal game but heard about it. I think the 'big 4' are already finding this season really tough as was expected, its going to be the toughest season yet.
