I honestly did not expect people to be this naive on BL. I mean, I could be wrong - it could be that he is in only for ambien. Who am I to say what he is checked in there for?

Actually... no, there's no way I could be wrong, there's no way he's in for ambien only. I'd bet my life on it, I'm that sure.
 
He's a fuckin poet and achieved his dream. Whatever he is in rehab for, I wish him the best.

Maybe he's addicted to benadryl. lol. That was off the first album. Looks like he's always had trouble sleeping. Like another poster said, I'm sure he's addicted to all sorts of pills, but Ambien was a drug that the public would recognize and perhaps be a little more sympathetic to. Great lyricist. Hope he gets back soon.
 
He is the greatest rapper alive today (this could be argued, but he is one of the best), and I think he is about done rapping. He is a family man now, and needs to get clean... These 'sleeping pills' are most likely opiates and benzo's.
 
For what it's worth, i've heard of stories from people who claim to be chronically addicted to ambien, and they typically have trouble finding a drug treatment center that will help them. The whole idea isn't as preposterous as it intially seems.
 
My initial thoughts were that he succcessfully kicked his hardcore opiate habit,which included truckloads of vicodin and oxycontin, because of the terms of his probation. In turn, as all opiate kickers learn, he discovered an immense insomia washed over him. I can easily say the insomnia is the hardest part of the withdrawl process.....severe during the first 3-5 days, and lingering afterwards for weeks. Considering his busy busy schedule, he needed to get 8 hours of solid sleep now since he couldn't bust rails during the day anymore. So, shisk bam boom...ambien dependence slides in. his tolerance shot up rapidly if he was a daily user..i would guess he was getting up to 60 or 70 or maybe 100mgs a night...who knows. And ambien isn't a benzo, it is a sleeping pill. Not hard to kick (like anything really is), but much much easier than benzos....

I wish him well...

Eminem is probably just like me, will do any drug he can get his fucking hands on... and its Eminem so you know he got the hook up... his first CD had a pic of vicodin on it, maybe thats what hes addicted to.

hahha? going down? yeaaahhh. After all he's done, i think he'd have to die to go down. He's mega tallented, and whatever it is he's in treatment for i like most hopefully do wish him all the best, hell i wouldn't mind hearing more anti bush songs :D
