And am still puzzled as to why in the whole munching thread this is the first time you've brought this up. (apologies if you have pulled others up on it). Posting pictures of plates with fish or meat on doesn't seem to irk you, but posting pictures of whole dead fish seems to be worse. I genuinely don't understand why i'm to be singled out in a future existance any more so than anyone else who eats meat or fish.

im the biggest hypocrite around as i work in finance ( a field that basically fleeces people of their life savings)
just wanted people to know that fish have feelings !

No, of course they wouldn't you're right.

But it won't happen.

If everyone who wanted to eat meat and fish either sourced it locally, or from a sustainable supplier, or shot their own meat or caught their own fish then yes, the international trade in meat and fish, the inhumane living conditions, the wasteful environment-damaging inhumane fishing methods would all stop. But most people won't.

what if he killed them in self defense, iv seen the photo they looked menacing, it was either him or them luckily enough he happened to have a fishing rod with him to subdue them.

You wouldn't believe how FEW people have been offering me cold drinks this last coupleof weeks.

more people seem to think I've got "a really cushty job in this weather".

karma should get those cunts.
 
going to have another bbq today, will have the usual fare of burgers, chicken, jumbo sausages, corn plus got a lump of pork belly. my good butcher scored it for me and now have it in a marinade of apple juice, fennel seeds, brown sugar, soy sauce and a few other bits.
 
An apple, 2 oranges, a peach and a banana. The oranges and peaches are so ripe, lovely and tasty!

they look sort of alright, but you must be taking tha piss about gin and tonic flavour? can't see how that would work.

Just cooked one of the nicest meals i've cooked for a while, some really good skinless boneless fillets of ling baked in v hot oven on a few slices of chorizo, olive oil, ans some capers sprinkled on.

Salad of french beans, peas and runner beans from allotment blanched and sliced, rocket and rainbow chard and parsley from allotment, and broad beans (frozen ones now :( ), dressed with balsamic, olive oil, lemon, black pepper.

really really fresh and good tings. Cost nearly fuck all.
