Since I've been back at work after my weeks holiday I've actually been rather hungry. This morning I am REALLY hungry and there is nowt in the house really.....


I shamefully want a McDonalds Sausage Egg McMuffin with a hash brown shoved in it but I'm not leaving that early to get one. I may have to venture in the kitchen to see if I can find anything.

Where is Kate when you need her. Kate.... FEED ME!!!!!! I'm actually hungry!!!

Sadie I reallllly wanted one of them earlier, nearly popped in on me drive out but refrained cos I've not exactly been eating well recently. Now I want one again and I've still got an hour to get there...Got me some lemonade and cola flavoured mini doughnuts though so all is not lost
 
Too late Sadie, but there's enough Italian beef and root veg stew for dinner if you like. It's slow cooking. Got pointed green cabbage and brocolii with it. Man'll insist on tatties 8)

My domesticities include 4 loads laundry, changing bed linen and towels and cleaning the kitchen. That's even before I start doing something creative and getting my fat arse off here.

Best bit, I'm going to make Vichyssoise for dinner (its no really posh its just cream leek and potato soup, but really velvety, lush n' lovely) but make with my own homemade chicken stock (that's an epic job). Any cold virus' don't stand a chance ;)

Bacon and egg sandwich. Eggs from the chicken in the garden, bacon from Dan's mum.
 
Had a great delicious burger earlier. Proper rare, good cheese on it and a side of potato wedges. Finger lickin good.

And that was it for today... hm. I usually eat a lot more. I wonder whats uo

A fine combination. I do prefer to substitute the bacon for sausage though.

I made a chili tomato chicken pasta type thing tonight. It was real nice and I've got some left for later. I just cannae get the smell of garlic from my lovely fingers.
 
Garlic off fingers ? Rub some stainless steel on your skin. Like some spoon or the water tap ;)

The good th8ng about coocked chicken is that it is acceptable cold is some dishes so left overs are never discarded

The best tasting burger that i've ever had was a venison burger at a farmers market, bloody lovely it was
