I'm on a diet - I need to fit into formal frock with added sari by next Friday. How do you go down 2 tit cup sizes by then 8(

It'll be carrots, apples and keep fit all week :|

Drink less beer and no bad foodies, i don't know bout cup sizes really, i'm not really big-chested but i gained like a whole cup size since i am a mom and i didnt lost it since i take care of what i eat - less or more =D drink 3L of water per a day, add vitamins or fruit to it, eat loats of fruits but not in the evenings and drink water when you're hungry. That's how i do it. Try exercising :)

Being a mom does add few pounds, but with all the work they will go away. It seems that you are doing everything right.
Speaking of good habits. I manage good healthy foods, less beer, etc. But the exercises are a little more tricky for me.
I just don´t get the motivation to go out and exercise. It seems that body stopped producing endorphin ??

Thanks Panda, I also have middle age spread as they call it here to contend with, sedentary work etc. I do yoga and it really strengthens and tones. But yep I'll be upping the exercise this week.

I eat a very healthy diet, mostly based around veg, beans, lots of spices and small amounts of carbs. Keep to coconut or olive oil by the teaspoon if I have to use it at all. I actually put more coconut oil on my face than in my body haha!!!

Alcohol is the one I have to watch. I've stopped drinking wine - its full of sugar and stick to the odd beer for a treat now. Big on my no sugar squashes - tiny bit and loads of water and ice, its lovely and so refreshing. Something like 10 calories a glass.

I think hitting 49 and soon the big 50 makes it harder, but I will try even harder too.

Yeah i lost most of my baby weight, i was was too skinny before anyway, so i'm just keeping it casual now. I have a way too lovely relationship with food, i get hungry alot so it's quite a battle =D I'm not an exercising maniac either, just a walk after a meal can help alot, 30 mins it's perfect. It's way too cold now so i'm just a silly bear lying around. It's sunday, perfect excuse for laziness ;)

Try pears. Bananas, anything but sugar laden fat chemical crap. I know it tastes nice but your taste buds do adjust. And dunk a finger in your fucking tea just to remind you to be a good boy =D

My diet is pretty shite for sure but I eat plenty good stuff as well as the shite. Balanced innit :p

I'll admit that you do actually have a very healthy diet and probably eat more veg than most people I know including me :p That's only because I forget to eat or am working!!!

Last bag of a rather tasty batch of things wot I got given for my b'day last year (I think - my mother's gifts consist entirely of giving me weird shit she has in her cupboard she doesn't want herself but bought on the offchance) and really rather tasty. Largely cos it's nice to have such a specific crisp flavour. Not just curry crisps - nor even chicken curry crisps - but chicken karahi crisps. And, believe it or not, they actually taste more like chicken karahi than generic chicken curry. It's almost as though there are different types of curry dependent on what spices are used 8o

Nice, love seabrooks crisps!
