I've had a goan style coconut veggie, chickpea and some (its the surprise in the dish) chicken curry slow cooking all day. It's fucking lush. Fresh ginger, garlic, chillis, curry leaves and coriander are the dogs balls - making anything spicy fresh n' delish.
We're about 3/4 veg to meat to this one. It's a beauty
With some coconut turmeric rice and spiced pan fried greens it'll be a decent healthy meal.
