Never woulda thunk of pomegranate and porridge being a match made in heaven. Is bloody tasty though.
 
Omelette, toast, coffee, croissants and a selection of jams :) (can of Amstel would have hit the spot but I'm being civilized)
 
Ate 2 left over chicken nuggets and a handful of french fries from Maccy Dee's earlier which might not actually have been a good idea.
 
A bag of Maynards Sour Patch Kids which dare I say it are starting to become my new favourite sweets displaceing Haribo Tangfastics.

Nothing beats Tangfastics imo :)

I just ate some cornflakes. I didn't even realise I had them because they were in an old school frosties tin which I thought was empty. Pretty pleased with this find because I was getting reet bored of rice krispies.
 
Haven't eaten for about 24hrs and got no appetite but I guess I should. Thinking a cheese and ham toastie from 7/11 might do the trick.
 
busy cooking - Roast Chicken, carrots n Onions. Also got a tray of crushed roast potatoes in the oven (done in a garlic/cumin olive oil) :).


Prior to this - A banana and a handful of dried apricots (trying to be healthy and lose some weight :D)

Ultimately, doesn't this just translate as wanting to leave more calories free for alcohol?

haha - don't spoil it ! I've actually cut back on the drink also - today is the first drink since Sunday (a record for me, as my posts show). Took the cans of Amstel out of my veg drawer in the fridge and filled it with veg :D. I feel so much better for not having Amstel for breakfast :)
 
Just had leftover vegetable soup from last night, made it good, with carrot, celery, onion, garlic, kale, spinach, some other leafy thing, rape, potatoes, leek. Was good

Also had spicy chicken wings from the take away place for protein.
 
I've been living on these with additional tomato sauces, chilli, garlic, bell peppers, brocolli etc ....

check out the calories, yo. unbelievable. Tastes the same as normal pasta or noodles with sauce too
