Also: Fresh blueberries by the bucket-load

with sealed stuff - if its still vacuum packed, Ill eat it regardless of the date (withing a few years) . IF however the pack is bubbly or swollen or has air pockets, Ill throw it in the bin :D

Switch to the human form. Not only much, much tastier but also very low in calories =D

Not only that but the gunk (vitreous humour?) in the middle of the eyeball happens to be blue in pigs. Or at least it was for the pigs who once owned the eyeballs I sliced open. Dark, blackish blue very similar to those so-called eggs... hmm :sus:

Been catching up on cooking stuff tonight. Beef 'n' stuff curry nicely bubbling away for dins of the future, Thai green chicken curry (made with Szechuan chicken cos that happened to be what chicken I had to hand) for tonight and just munched. And very tasty it was too.

Nice.%)

Got nothing to do today, might have to do some fannying around in the kitchen.

Leftover cold Pizza Express from last night for a late lunch. Teenage slob syndrome. Waste not want not...

I have some cold set polenta in the fridge so it looks like I'll be having something with polenta chips. It's been cooked a bit wet for frying but it should work out.

Wow thanks for that wonderfully imagery - it'll be a long time before I eat eggs again! Which is unfortunate considering I'm trying to lose weight at the moment so I'm on a high protein and high fibre diet. I'll stop before I bore you all with the details, I have become such a diet bore in recent times :(

You want to lose weight? Forget all the restrictive rubbish... Here's some advice:

Split every meal into;
40% carbs, 40% proteins 20% good fats (omega3).

Play it right you won't need to restrict.... In-fact FORGET the words DIET or RESTRICT....

Weight loss / maintenance is about a lifestyle change, a healthy lifestyle.... include exercise... you don't need to go mad 15-20 brisk walking per day...

Don't bother with multivitamins tabs... look at what's in food... fish... omega 3 nuts - peacon halves, almonds, non-salted cashiews (omega 3)
Foods containing b6, b12 for mood.... eggs are good... PROTEIN... if eating more than ore, reove the egg yoke but at least keep for ONE....

Vegetables - steamed... not boiled... nutrients get lost....

You eat right - you won't only lose weight - you'll find your skin will be smooth, your hair will be soft.... people will e asking you what you're losing, how the eck you look so healthy....

I lived this life once, have a postgrad certificate in it.... oh awful look into this;

HIIT (high intensity interval training - or interval training or max interval training: circuit training... ) Weight lose can be achieved but it's about more than that to acquire weight maintenance.... Look at your psychological wellbeing - mental health... The right food groups, the right vitamins will do that....

Sorry about rambling on.... Wrong day I'll get my passion back for all this and get a career in this....

You know your stuff evey, spot on. all that combined with 3+ litres of water a day

hahahahs I did a masters in this stuff because of how passionate I was, but somehow lost it, failed the essays realised I'd have to pay £100 to re-submit each essay and quit - so only have a postgrad certificate instead....

Due to a lot of personal trainers on the vids, facebook (I slag it off but the amount of celeb PTs etc I have on it, I don't give it enough credit...) My auntie owns her own gyn and is a Personal Trainer but more in body building I'll PM you her name and you can look her up don't want to put it here... To be honest, I wish I could have learnt how to be a personal trainer and stuff around nutrition but my main passion is the psychological issues of weight loss fluctuation... If you look at Weight Watchers / Slimming Worlds, they're very much into the nutrition value (if calling selling their own brands containing MSG and added sugars / sweeteners, knowing their stuff) and the Gyms knows their stuff re exercise but where is the Psychological help in terms of weight loss / maintenance???? There is none.... There's a major gap... CBT would be of great use here but the issue is so VERY complex than just "exercise, eat right; know you're nutrition and you'll lose and maintain...."

If any has followed Charlie Warick's story will know.... he lost a lot of weight (I have him on Facebook) and has maintained... he has stuff in his life; he's a DJ, works at the bingo, has wrote a book and basically has filled up his life....

Sorry people, I've had a drink so am probably talking shite....

Thanks Evey, great advice! I've heard about that high intensity interval training but never too sure about how effective it was. It does seem to make some sense though looking at the theory behind it.
