smoking of the foil look easy as fuck before you try then you realise there is an art to it, some better than others getting the smoke into you is the most important part, seen an old timer when i was doing bird, using toilet as some shitty bit of foil he nabbed from wherever, the lines was insane got a little lick my arse was at that point full of my own goodies, the only thing to be in my ass in jail, but its near on impossible to keep any habit going, i have seen it but far easy to give up, i would say first few days get smashed makes settling in better but your coming of it, the chase is never worth the outcome


i get my foil out of farmfoods, red box 2 quid personally prefer that one myself, that brakofoil or whatever its called its shit an too thick, personally anyway

Indeed, I've lost a lot by trying this " fine art". I guess it was never my thing as I simply couldn't do it.
 
Same, I lost alot back when it was tricky, just about polished of a tray of jimmy and that has been done near perfectly that comes with time in being a junkie, actually ad say anyone who can smoke it perfectly of the foil is a bit of a warning sign your a brass monkey, fucking sucks when you truly realise you are a junkie and your life will never be the same, on or off smack, its with you forever!

I think it's bacofoil, but if it sez 'non stick' then avoid like the plague. It has a coating that causes yer gear to shrivel up and disappear into nothing. Just use mid range own brand foil. I find co-op own brand more than satisfactory.

There is a lidl close to where my bag man stays and I need knew jimmy, dont know if it'll be the bag man or my .8 geeza, the junkie side of me no doubts wants it to the .8 so i can be smashed out my nut all day, he can be here at 9am if i drop a text tonight. The normal sense-able me thinks just get 2 bags that will keep away WD but i shall not feel a smacky dunt whatsoever, i need to rain it in i have been basically blootered the last 3 weeks, today all i had was 20ml of meth someone gave me then 2 bags a little while ago for a nice buzz, not gouchin or fuck all just feel good relax, probs could get a little nod if i tried but am floating about - this is my problem i love how it makes me feel, even more this time around, my habit ends up massive i lose everything why cant i see thats what going to happen and stop!!!

Some do, but my local one doesn't. A mate of mine from another town sent me some foil once that he got from his DSP - Best foil I've ever used and perfectly sized flat sheets - they obviously did their research well. I asked my local clinic if they could provide it but they said they didn't have the funding :-/

I'm OK mate thanks. Back on the meth again, but down to 3mg/day. Makes me feel kind of pathetic considering what you jumped off...

Good luck with yer exams mate, but I'm sure you won't need it :-)

It's crazy.most junkies use all their last pennies for gear so it's cheaper for them to inject as needles come for free
offering free foil is great HR as it has to be better to toot if the option is available
 
I got my .8 man but I shared, but now I am going to met another mate and I have ordered another .8 to spilt with this dude, already quite smashed but my mates giving me a box of 30 dfs they are 30s too, think with that and unlimited amount of valium, literally coming of smack will be even noticeable, part from the cravings within my head? what ya reckon'
 
I used df's to come off gear - well tried i was taking handfulls of them, just took the edge off. If your on methadone , down to about 7-8mgs then they can work to taper. The valium might give you some sleep in the wd's but from what you've said you aint looking at a smooth ride - sorry
 
Heh. I vividly remember the first time I was offered DF118s. The guy was handing them out like Smarties, and described the effects as "They just chill you out a little bit". I probably had only ever taken about that amount of opiates in my life up until then, so that turned out to be a bit of an understatement .....
 
Been on an off there gear last 3 year coming up, this binge has lasted 3 weeks. If am honest with myself I dont really want to stop, but the other issues that go with being a junkie I cant deal with, or let other people deal with, it hurts loads of people and then you get them days money is tight and obviously with that along comes the rattle train, part from one day in my 3 weeks actually addicted again I have only had one day where I had to wait for money a few hours, but longer it goes on more its due to happen. Also, maybe have to do bird again come april rather not go in with a habit, although my back passage will be full of goodies to make settling in again easier and that will be the only thing that will be going near my arse inside.

If am honest lads and lassie. I know its gonna be rough coming off it, I have used dfs in the past and they did help but they where 120s, and that time I went through it with a mate, stayed with each other a week to get clean, and somehow that time felt easier I think because both us were going through, both ended up using again weeks later though so it was kinda pointless overall. Doing in about .8 on average a day just now, sometimes less, sometimes a lot more. My money is going to fuck, am getting it in one hand and its going out in the other.

I have tried addiction services, I was at them in november, I was put on subbies, I was them about 6 weeks and because they wanted me to go every day even when I gave clean samples for 5 weeks out the 6, first time was dirty that was it, and they wouldn't let me have it home, so I thought fuck it and started to reduce myself, the dizzy bints are meant to watch you, but it still is easy to take what you want and get rid of the rest that is what I done and never went back to any meetings cause I was clean, but to be honest the subbies stopped the cravings for me 100 percent so soon as I stopped them it was constantly on my mind, so I gave in, big idea was one day a week that last 2 weeks before I was every day using a few days in a row, got up one morning and knew that feeling, I needed smack so here we are 3 weeks later, and I am ready to try break the habit, fucking solid its gonna be tell you that lads!

I was booked in for inpatient detox at local psych unit.I was supposed to be coming off methadone but knew better than to try that-I woulda been stuck there for months.Anyway,I stopped taking my meth and just used gear.When I was admitted,I told them what I had been doing and that could I try a DF taper.They were ok with that and it had to be easier than coming off methadone.Still,once I had been there just over a week and things were getting tough,I did my usual disappearing act.just packed up and pissed off straight to score.This has happened with every attempted detox.
The only time I ever succeeded with detox was when I went away and stayed on a travellers site for a week or so.I just took good,fresh ketamine every day.I only ever take ketamine that arrives in liquid form that I can cook up myself as it starts to go stale and become less effective pretty much as soon as it's been cooked.When I got home,I was still suffering though and just transgressed to alcohol.
I know a lot of alcoholics who have got off the alcohol by using gear and also the other way round.
yesterday had a friend come over with 4 small bags as part of a trade for some benzos.The gear looked right and smelled right but it just didn't give me anything really.not even the slightest nod even after not using for well over 2 months.
Good thing really cos it reminds me why I don't go out to score all the time like I used to.And it's been great having a bit of cash for the first time in forever
