i wish i'd seen the Pixies....
They're still going, the last time I saw them they were fucking cracking, definitely still worth it and I think heavily enough in debt that a further tour is a possibility.

As for who created us we evolved, please don't tell me your a creationist if that's the case we may a well close the thread now, next you'll be telling me the world was created in 7 days. That one has alway made me laugh how can the time it took to create the earth be based on the time it takes for it to rotate, so the time was based on something that didn't exist and the idea of this entity being limited by time, or that you could measure its actions with a watch ...come on I'm not saying this means that all of Christianity is BS but you have to keep up with how much the human race has learned you can't rely on a selection of bits of scripture cobble together and translated badly and take it all literally in English.
In 1991 Anthony was selected and trained (at Trinity Theological College) as a priest in the Church of England, but was not ordained. Anthony and Christina belong to a local Anglican Church, where Anthony continues as a Lay Reader. In 1997 they rebuilt the old 17th century farm buildings of Moat House Farm and prepared to open Noah's Ark, as a themed animal park, for adventure, education and to remind visitors of the ancient tradition of God's relationship with mankind; and of the contemporary science that points to Creation plus evolution of species.
never mind EVERY seed for every plant on earth plus 2 of every animal, get to fuck!

That zoo is not far from me at all
I like the Earth History part of the website where they try and convince you that the noahs ark story actually happened. Cmon... I'd be impressed if he managed to collect all 360 species of known tree frogs never mind EVERY seed for every plant on earth plus 2 of every animal, get to fuck!
What about every species of animal for the known world, which at the time was the middle east/egypt. Doesn't sound all that impossible to me.
Love is like a drug isnt it?
Actually, I was desperate when I became a Christian.. Id been travelling in India and came back pregnant..
I had no idea what to do but time was ticking and I had to make a choice. So I started searching the psalms.. calling out to GOd to show me what to do. And crackhead out of nowhere at all a bible tract from some leaflet emerged on my floor.. ( it may have fallen out of some book or may have just manifested wooosh)
it was simply this:
..He tends his flock like a shepherd: He gathers the lambs in his arms and carries them close to his heart; he gently leads those that have young. Isaiah 40.11
It gave me such a sense of peace and reassurance that I wasnt going to be on my own with a baby.. and that things would be alright.. He has always provided for me and protected me and hasnt let me down.. and ive felt 'gently led'
Before that ( even though Ihad been studying theology) the bible didnt really speak to my heart.. It was just a load of vicious strict looking rantings and thees and thous..
Now I see the word as my anchor.
2 He said, “Take now ayour son, your only son, whom you love, Isaac, and go to the land of Moriah, and offer him there as a burnt offering on one of the mountains of which I will tell you.”
Im glad God took time off to open the pages there and not Genesis 22:2
Do you ever feel guilty that God had to stop saving all those poor dying kids in Africa to help you out after you got knocked up? I mean you were probably stressing for weeks and got the answer you were searching for, but to be honest he may have been better off organising some rain to end a drought. I guess your Lord works on quality not quantity when it comes to helping out strangers.
