Why are they going up so much, after everything that has happened? The relaunch of Silk Road can't have caused this. I'm assuming it's because the maximum amount of Bitcoins possible is nearing, and there needs to be enough to spread around, especially with the amount that got taken out of circulation (or lost), after the bust of DPR.

Its buried under 4 months worth of landfill rubish. It would take a thousand people to find that hard drive, assuming its not been fucked by the rain and the frosts anyway, or something magnetic close by, or got mangled/crushed in the processing.

Where would be the best place to get rid of them, i usually use local but since u have to have 1 coin to have a listing while i only have around £250~ to sell
in lbc, goto sell bitcoins... U can sell any amount of coins off to buyers at their advertised price

That's unlucky but you can minimise the chances of that happening if you pick someone who has been active within the last 5mins say (well, a green icon is better than a brown one next to their name, has high transaction count and feedback is 100% positive...as they wouldn't want to fuck it up. Of course problems can still occur even if you do everything right.

I just cant believe someone who was so into IT and Tech related matters is completely oblivious to all Bitcoins and Silkroad related matters that have been all over the news for the past month or so, its been in every fucking newspaper. You dont just "forget" you have that amount of bitcoins laying about, what an ostrich.
