Mustard is terrible.

The only place for it is Honey Mustard on White Bread/Turkey/Mayo sandwhiches. Which is awesome. And is necessary for that.

That's the only place for it. Not hot dogs, hamburders, or anything. Just turkey sandwhiches.

And what's up with salad cream in the UK? I'm too scared to try it.

It's odd stuff indeed. If I recall correctly, Heinz tried to phase it out a while back causing a huge public fuss and a national campaign to bring it back. We can be a tad eccentric us Brits - national character and all that :D.

I suppose it's kind of like runny mayonnaise but more vinegary. Quite addictive though - a little squirt on a nice ham salad sandwich: yum :).

I know it's wrong and I feel dirty when I do it, but sometimes I just can't help myself.

oh, and what is pork pie?

Perhaps unsurprisingly, it is a pie containing pork: a British delicacy. Ha! Rather delish though... Except that nasty jelly - yuck.

Goes well with mustard, as do many sandwiches. Well, not peanut butter sandwiches, obviously - I'm not a pervert.

The standard vinegar-ey, yellow, sour mustard in the US sucks, like French's or whatever. But I'm not an English mustard freak either. It's good but american brown mustard is right up there with English mustard. German mustrad kicks ass and French mustard is beyond all conception of deliciousness. Not to say that I don't appreciate Engliush mustard but it's not the only good mustard in the world.

Agreed yellow mustard taste like shit on just about everything save burgers and possibly soft pretzels but even then a nice brown mustard would be superior.. For my money boars head delicatessen style mustard is where it's at and is win on turkey, chicken salad, and occasionally lightly on roast beef with mayo and horseradish.

ohhh, salad cream for the wiiiiin. seriously, though - the best treat i had with the shit: french bread. cheddar cheese. italian seasoning. toast/bake/whatever. spread with salad cream or dip if you're like me. enjoy.
(stoner snack for sure)

^What about ketchup? its sounding like you've got something against condiments lol

Heh, I do tend to dislike condiments. I feel that they get in the way of most foods. For example, if I'm eating a burger, I want to taste the meat and cheese, not a bunch of sauces.

I don't hate ketchup but I don't eat it either because I can't think of anything I would prefer it on rather than off.

Fucking mustard... there is little I detest more than mustard. My fiance loves it and I can barely stand to be around her while she eats it.

(My answer is clearly no)

And I also really hate mayo. And pickles.
I take it you're not a big fan of Wasabi, either? ;)

no don't bother re-reading. it doesn't make all that much sense

edit: I couldn't agree more. plz no racism. thanks.

to imply that a non-muslim, indian is a muslim is a BIG insult,
because, pakistanis are muslim.

So.... what about vegemite/marmite? I'd bet that the mustard lovers will be all about it. I know that I am.
