This part really summed it all up for me and in the best way possible for someone who's never used to know what it's like. That is why I will always support legalization and the restart of therapeutic uses for MDMA.
Never mind I watched the whole special and it's just another government propaganda machine at work.
we're treated like criminals when they get whole establishments dedicated to their destructive, mistake making habit.
I do understand why ecstasy needs to be illegal, or at least not readily available (i.e. not for sale at the liquor store.) It has a high potential for abuse and abuse of ecstasy leads to problems. I get that. Many people can't keep their use under control and making it illegal and harder to get makes that use a little more manageable.
But, in general, I find the war on drugs to be doing more harm than good. Illegality begets crime and crime begets violence.
