Exercise can help a TON of things... Mentally, physically... Some would argue spiritually...
I have been in the fitness biz most of my life... Started as a personal trainer, then a professional figure competitor (

i always feel more in control and centered when I am adhering to a consistent routine.
its helped me gain strength, and self esteem
its helped me manage stress
its helped me become a better person, a maniac, ease physical pains, and get me through depression.
Exercise is grounding, therapeutic and a vehicle to learn more about one's limits.
i could go on and on...
yes, it does increase your appetite, and no... U cannot eat whatever u want and exercise it away. Food will catch up with u if u aren't careful.
exercise CAN be overdone... And underdone.
