Theres nothing wrong with being different, until it is disturbing to other people. Then theres something called commom courtesy, and repsect. I would love to be nude at Raves, I feel free that way. But I do not, because of laws, and because also, Id feel bad if I offended someone or took away from their experience, because i want to be so "Different and accepted no matter what". And besides, theres nothing different at all about sucking on a beanky. Its an old fad that alot of in the rave scene wish would just go away, trust me. Your being laughed at from those of us in the crowd, even tho were not going to be rude about it. Maybe ill bring a blow up doll top the next rave. Oh wait a minute, no I wouldn't because I have common sense and respect for people around me. Which is something those selfish "kandi kids" could learn a thing or two about.
How can being nude (in the possible presence of those who are possibly considered underage) and bringing a blow up doll to a rave in the same category as someone sucking on a binky? What are you going to do with said doll? Fuck it in front of everyone? I'm more concerned about you than I am about the person with the binky. Legal issues (can) prevent you from doing either of those activities.
If you don't want to look at someone sucking on a binky then look away. If you don't like the way someone dresses, then don't look at them. Snickering off in the corner makes gives me the impression that you are very immature. How "should" people look and behave on E around you? You seem to have a lot of preconceived notions on what people should and shouldn't do.
And if everyone "went with the flow" a lot of incredible histortic feats (and I'm talking about global history here) would never have existed. Change happens because of having different logic or a different way of viewing things. The world would be a pretty boring place if everyone looked, spoke, and thought the same.
Your oppressive logic is disturbing to me.
