Don't trust doctors when they say the conventional diet of cooked food and loads of fruits and veggies is healthy. That's wrong. And designed to make you sick - so you pay for meds.

Meat dairy and fish will give everyone here the best chance of recovery along with supplements.

For example B vitamins are crucial for proper brain function but they are destroyed at high heat, and no matter what google says, they are only found in animal products in a way thats bioavailable for humans.
This is the saddest truth, the more a country is advanced and civilized, the more sick are the people who lives in it, because a healthy person don’t go to doctor and don’t take meds, and this equal no money for health industry. Instead sick people give a profit to the health industry, so They have interest in making us sick.

This part of the hystory will be studied as the “poisoning era”. The best thing is to never have to depend on the health care system.

All my health issues in my life have either been caused by the wrong diet or medications forced upon me. Antipsychotics are so dangerous.

It's an antidepressant. I would avoid and most likely it won't help.
Yeah i did some research, it won’t do nothing at all in my specific case and it can lead to new sympthoms or worsening the actual sympthoms. I won’t take it.

I mean wtf they prescribe antidepressant to someone with lasting effects of antipsychotic? They play with our brain like if its some lego shit for real

I only been off shot for almost two months and no improvements.
Two months is very early. How long were you taking it?

I feel hopeless sometimes too but I have been feeling so much better as I’m entering month 10 of my recovery. It takes a long time, you just have to bear it.

I know that most people recover in some way. What i am really interested in knowing and have no answers for is does the athleticism, stamina, creativity/ imagination, and especially old hobbies come back. Please answer anyone who previously recovered or anyone knows in general.

For me everything came back.

For me athleticism and stamina is slowly coming back. Creativity and imagination are not coming back as quickly, but I’m hoping with time that improves too.

Idk how to explain that feeling but it’s like if my brain is chewing a mint gum, i have that same feeling on my brain, kinda strange..
My brain feels inflamed and swollen. I tried speaking to a friend on a call the other day and my mind was so blank. I can't hold conversations very well.

I had this before and it all went bank to normal eventually so I ain't stressing too much.

I took some more ritalin. 10mg is a low dose especially while on antipsychotics. Taken 30mg today.

I generally feel calmer with less negative thoughts. It's improved my inner restlessness. Feel more mentally awake.

I won't be on this long term, just wanted some relief.
You took ritalin? Do you feel emotions and emotions from your memories when you took it?
